Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront resort located at the northern tip of the island, where guests can enjoy an oceanfront swimming pool with sundeck. Travelers will have private beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Several grilling areas, picnic spots, and horseshoe pit, make Shipwatch Villas the ideal beach vacation destination for outdoor dining and socializing. Elevator access ensures convenience. Additional amenities include a shower and rinse-off station, boardwalk access to the sand beaches, and ample greenspace for relaxation. Step out on their balcony and see the ocean: a semi-open floor plan features natural light and a private balcony off the main living area, providing a comfortable, coastal living experience. Just 11 minutes away is a golf course and library, as well as shopping, and dining at Sneads Ferry. The Seaview Fishing Pier is 4 minutes away and Surf City is 20 minutes down the beach. There are also a few beach restaurants and small shops scattered along the way.

Ground Level:
Designated parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Pool, private beach access, sand shower, grills. Elevator.

Property Level: We are a one story condo on the 4th floor.
Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, white wicker dresser, smart TV, access to private ocean view balcony, ensuite bath
Primary Ensuite Bath: shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.
Guest Bedroom: double size daybed with twin trundle, two twin beds, chest of drawers.
Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, double vanity, toilet.
Laundry Closet: full-size washer and dryer.
Kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, drop in electric range, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink, fully equipped for meals at home.
Dining Room: dining table seats 6, seating for 2 at the kitchen bar counter.
Living Room: sofa, loveseat, recliner, entertainment armoire with smart TV, oceanfront balcony
Balcony: oceanfront, ocean view and pool view, Adirondack pub chairs, pub table vignette.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pool Notice:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "This is officially our new favorite spot to go. Everything was clean, the linen sets, pillowcases and sets of towels are all wrapped in plastic before you open them and you have to make your own bed which I personally loved due to the fact that it gave me more of a peace of mind to know the linens were clean. We will absolutely be back.

Perfect for a small family

"This unit is perfect for a small family. It was clean and just as described. The bathrooms and kitchen need a little TLC. They are very outdated. My only complaint is the variety and lack of decent pots, pans, and skillets. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
