Relax in the completely updated open living area and create the best of family meals in the fully equipped and modern spa-toned kitchen. Sleep in comfort in high-quality bedroom furnishings and pamper yourself in the updated bathrooms. When you are ready to head to the beach, simply walk across the street for beach access just a block away.

Covered parking for two cars, and extra parking on the pad for one additional car. Outdoor Shower, Stairwell to property level.

We are on the first floor of the building, one set of stairs up.

Parking:
Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block the driveway entrance, as this is a shared driveway.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. "My husband and I loved this condo! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved hanging out on the balcony at night and listening to the waves. We will definitely stay here again!

"It was the best place we ever rented. Very clean, had space for our big family, 1 min away from the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, also washing and dryer machine big plus . Would defiantly recommend.

"My friends and I loved this Airbnb! It was a 2 minute walk from front door to the ocean! Very close to board walk and restaurants. We loved hanging out on the balcony! Beautiful condo to stay in for any amount of time! We will be coming back!

"The property was so clean! Everything was neat and tidy! House was directly across the street from a public beach access and just a short drive to downtown Kure or Carolina Beaches. The property management company was so easy to work with once we arrived! We originally booked through a third party, after speaking directly with sea coast rentals, we will not be doing that next year! We will be booking directly with them! If I could give this company and vacation home a 10, I definitely would!! We’ve already picked out which property we want for next year!
