Greet the beach every morning with a cup of coffee looking over the Atlantic Ocean. With updated, premium kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops, eating at home will be a pleasure. You will be living in luxury with high-end wood furniture and hardwood floors. Fully upholstered, soft-sided living room furniture and high-quality bedding will have you feeling at home in supreme comfort. HD flat-screen wall-mounted TVs with complimentary Wifi create an open space while allowing you to work from your vacation home if you have to!

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, and exterior stairs to the property level.

The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Ensuite Sun Deck with chaise lounges and side chairs.

Guest Bedroom Suite: Queen bed, Ensuite bath. 50-inch smart TV.
Twin Size Rollaway with sheets provided.
Exercise Bike.
Guest Ensuite Bath: Bathtub with shower, single vanity.

Parking:
Assigned Parking Labeled 1401 - Under Building
Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
**Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.**

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. "The condo was amazing everything I needed inside. Loved the view and right on beach. We loved the remote feel of not being crowded. Love the indoor and out door pool as well. There is an erosion problem leading to cliff like sand to get on beach from stairs and rocks along the beach front . But from my research the problem will be resolved. Overall we loved our vacation and would rent there again

"Justin’s instructions for this air b&b were super clear and easy to follow. My stay in this unit was relaxing and fun. The house was so clean! My family and I enjoyed staying right on the beach, which was never overly crowded. The view from the unit was spectacular! We also enjoyed nearby the restaurants, shops, and aquarium.

"Had an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with views of the endless blue ocean that instantly made us feel relaxed and at peace. The location couldn't have been more perfect—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and coastal activities. The home itself was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Stylish yet cozy, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The living area opened up to a private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the waves roll in. The master bedroom also has breathtaking views and the cozy bed + sounds of the ocean made for incredible sleep each night. This place is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable oceanfront views. We didn’t want to leave and are already counting down the days until we can come back!

"This was actually the third time that we have stayed at this property with our family. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The beach access is right next to the condo. The pool Is a short walk which we took advantage of every day after the beach. The recreation department is across the street and we were able to use the indoor pool during bad weather. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances. The living room and dining room space is open and easily accommodates my family. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, each with a tub, which is great for the grandbabies. It’s a nice perk to have the washer and dryer available. Sea Coast Rentals has been great to work with. Check in is easy, the condo is clean and any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

"Really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property! The house was clean, well decorated, and cozy for our weekend getaway.
