Welcome to this wonderful space, perfect for a relaxing getaway! Entertain your friends and family with pride and comfort with our cozy beach condo featuring new flooring, granite countertops, and tasteful designer furnishings. It's also located closest to the beach access walk, so you can be the first ones out on the beach in the morning!

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Ground Level:
Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, exterior stairs to property level. Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.
The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Property Level:
Primary Bedroom Suite: Oceanview, queen bed, ceiling fan, private access to the patio, TV. Ensuite Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, TV.
Full Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo.
Kitchen: Full kitchen, granite countertops, seating for 3 at the bar.
Dining Room: Seating for 4 at the table.
Living Room: Oceanview, large TV, Queen sleeper sofa,1 side chair, coffee table, 1 bench.
Oceanfront Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom. Overlooks the ocean. Seating for 2 at the table plus one additional high-top chair and one lounge seat.
Wet bar in the hallway.
Washer and dryer.

Parking: Assigned Parking Labeled 1307 - Under Building. Guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Hard Key.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
**Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.**

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

"This was the perfect condo for our family of four. The decor is adorable and the view and beach access right next to the condo is unbeatable. We did need to purchase a larger frying pan and some kid cups for the condo, but that was all the extra we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We have been coming to Kure for many years, such a great area.

"We rented at Ocean Dunes for two months (February & March) while relocating. We were extremely pleased with the staff at Sea Coast Rentals. Very efficient, professional and helpful. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. The view is to die for. I mean fall out of bed into the water. It’s the beach at its best even in the winter. If the owner would spend a little bit of money on maintenance and upkeep which would make it a five star.

"My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely condo! It’s beautifully decorated and sits right on the beach! The lounger on the deck is perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise or a late afternoon nap. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you need.

"Quiet and Peace. Your right next to the ocean. The sounds of the waves will out you right to sleep at night. The area is nice with some good local restaurant. It is less that 5 minutes to the aquarium

"We have stayed at many ocean front condos on the island, and this was by far our best stay ever. The condo was clean and welcoming. We had more than enough bath towels provided. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped. I had even brought some things thinking they wouldnâ€™t have them but they did! Outdoor and indoor pools were clean and well kept. We loved the big balcony! I had forgot my fire stick at home but was surprised to see I could log on to Netflix in the kids room so I could settle them down with a show. I canâ€™t wait to come back!

"4 STAR REVIEW- Great little spot. Condo complex was nice and right on the beach. Inside everything was in pretty good shape other than the couch, which was not terrible, but they could use a new one. One thing that would take this place to 5 stars (sounds funny but this was about the only thing lacking) would be just a few shelves next to the washer/dryer for a pantry so people could put food in it. Instead we pretty much had to put all of our food on the counter. Thanks for the great time!

"I have stayed in 1307 like 5 times. The new chair, though nice, takes up a lot of room. The new couch is not that comfortable and though I like the kitchen revamp, I miss the over the counter storage. I love the condo and the southern exposure and easy access to the beach. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!
