Welcome to Ocean Dunes 502! At this comfy, newly decorated, first-floor condo, you can sleep a family of 7 at the Oceanfront with three pools and a fitness center and hot tub! Relax in the soothing pastel colors inside and be invigorated by outdoor dining on your private oceanfront porch intimately overlooking the ocean! Enjoy a cup of tea in the morning while taking in the view of the sunrise, or have an al fresco dinner as the sun sets. Enjoy a tranquil and peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But, if you need the convenience of technology, we have a ready to sync TV and charging stations for your own device.

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, New Plantation Blinds, Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: One Twin over Twin bunk plus a stand-alone Twin Bed. TV is a monitor only: bring your own Xbox or DvD player. New Plantation Blinds.
Shared Hallway Bathroom: Tub/Shower Combo, Single Vanity, Toilet.

Parking: Assigned Parking Labeled 0502 - Under Building. Guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. "We loved our stay at your condo. We spent the mornings at the beach using the nearby beach access and at Fort Fisher Beach. The community pool, both indoor and outdoor, provided a fun place for our two -year old to get safe swimming experience. Nearby Fort Fisher Aquarium (reservations required) and Carolina Beach State Park were a nice break from the water. We found carnivorous plants on the hiking trails. To cap it off, the local fire station welcomed our toddler, inviting him to sit inside of a fire truck. We would love to stay here again.

"Stayed in this unit for a week for a girl's trip. We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities, especially the beach! Condo was exactly how it looked and it was great that it had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, tons of room! As a bonus there were cupboards packed with games and books! We brought our own Roku player and hooked it up to the TV and were able to stream with no problems! Do keep in mind that this is a bottom floor unit (view was still perfect and less stairs!) and if the unit upstairs has children, you will hear them running around.

"The condo is excellent and it's our 2nd time staying. I can see us staying again in the future. It would be nice to have some of the most basic items in the kitchen, however. Like salt and pepper and hand soap. Little items that are forgotten among bringing everything else to make meals. Also, clear instructions written on how to preheat the oven would have been helpful. It took me both trips to finally figure it out. Overall, we loved the condo and our children have asked when we can return! We love all the sleeping options, as having a larger family (8 kids) makes if a challenge to find a place with enough beds. This condo is very well maintained and we enjoy the location!

"This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this unit. We love it!! It is perfect for our family of 6 and my parents - plenty of space!! The unit has been updated and is very tasteful. We love being so close to the pool and beach access. We all used the fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor sports courts. Beautiful view from private back deck with great outdoor furniture. This is a great rental - we will absolutely be back!

"We arrived a bit early in the midst of a thunder storm and with two road-weary toddlers. The staff did everything they could to get us into the unit as quickly as possible and during the short wait they made us feel at home with refreshments and suggestions. As we reached the unit the skies cleared and remained that way for the entire week. The unit was prepared, clean everything we had hoped for. The week was wonderful and we are already planning next year's trip with United Beach Vacations. Thanks so much!!
