Neighborhood

Enjoy live music at Villa Caprioni every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the summer season. It’s a great spot to grab dinner, enjoy a drink, and listen to live local music while you’re on Topsail Island!

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Great views and location

Review Date: July 7, 2026

Vacation Date: June 28, 2026

"We were a group of four adults and two children. The dining table had chairs for six, and there was bar seating; the living area seating was for five. Kitchen was adequately furnished but the knives. The deck was a great place for ocean viewing/dolphin watching. The pools were clean and not crowded. The walkway to the beach was very convenient. We utilized the beach toys in the unit but contracted for beach chairs and umbrellas with Topsail Beach Service. We ate at the restaurant on site two times during our stay. Service and food were great.

"Overall everything was good. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Dryer made an awful squeaking noise when drying clothes. Contacted rental company and they were quick to schedule a repairman. Overall very nice condo.

"Our stay at Villa Capriani in Topsail, NC was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, well-maintained grounds, and relaxing, resort-style atmosphere. The pool area is a dream – multiple pools, hot tubs, and a perfect spot to unwind with the sound of the ocean in the background. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The beach is just steps away, and it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for long walks or catching sunrise.Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or just a relaxing escape, Villa Capriani is the perfect spot.
