Remodeled with all-new flooring and a stunning high-end kitchen, you will feel pampered in this beach house that looks like it's right out of a magazine page! You can run back and forth to the beachfront as much as you want- it's right across the street! Enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful ocean view from every window and your front porch. When you want to nestle down with a cup of coffee and a book in nature, relax on the back porch overlooking Davis Canal. Come to your home away from home and make Oak Island beach memories for a lifetime!

Covered parking for 2-3 vehicles, private driveway for 2-3 more. Picnic Table. Grill. Private Outdoor shower. Interior steps to the second level of the home. Front stairwell to Ocean View Front Porch main entrance.

Level 2:
Open floor plan.
Living Room: generous seating for 8 in bright, cheerful upholstered vignette. Decorative Fireplace. Smart TV. Ceiling Fan.
Dining Area: custom oversized solid wood dining table with benches and chairs for 10-12 people. Additional Kitchen Island seating for 4.
Kitchen: custom Italian tile walls. Center kitchen island with Quartz countertops. Double drawer glasswasher, second dishwasher, premium gas stove with 5 burners and full range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oversized stainless sink with pull spray faucet.
Laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Kitchen porch with comfy outdoor cushioned seating and a ceiling fan.

Parking:
Boat trailers are allowed. Private Driveway with plenty of space for up to six vehicles. Covered parking for two, the rest is open. No Golf Carts Allowed.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do:
Oak Island is known for its golden sand beaches, calming blue waters, friendly community, and proximity to the cities of Southport, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. There are many cute island coffee shops, stores, breweries, and a park that showcases a splash pad for summer fun! With a beautiful Golf Club open to summer travelers and over 100 public water access points, there is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island!

If you'd like to keep your fitness routine going while on vacation, you can get an out-of-town Gym pass at Oak Island Recreation Center. Utilize the Rec Center's ample parking, put in at the Kayak ramp, and spend hours kayaking our beautiful marshes. Sit on the lawn and enjoy a night off cooking at our Weekly Friday night "Summer Concert In The Park" with a couple of local food truck options at this family-centric Live Music event. Beach Day takes place in Oak Island on the Friday before July 4th and features all-day activities followed by fireworks on the island that evening.

Visit Historic Southport, a seafaring town just five miles from our island, for a bigger nightlife. Southport, at the confluence of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean, features a variety of different restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. It is one of our favorite places to walk around and check out different food and live music on the weekends. There are free parking options all over town, and you can easily walk to dozens of places while enjoying the breeze from the riverfront and admiring historic homes and general store buildings that date back to the early 1800s. Southport's State Fourth of July Festival is a three-day street fair with artists from all over the state, vendors, and food. It is truly like being in an Andy Griffith episode with the parade and grand finale fireworks show over the riverfront in Southport.
