Take in the fresh, family vibe of this New custom built beach house in the midst of a lovely neighborhood just a three block walk from the beach! Here, you will wake up to the sound of the surf just blocks away and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private master bedroom porch. Three separate bedroom suites with vaulted ceilings and their own bathrooms allow for plenty of sleeping privacy: the perfect house for Two or Three couples and a bunch of kids. Breath deeply and spread out for relaxation in the open living area with high ceilings and supremely comfortable, brand new furnishings. Keep your groceries in our large step-in pantry if you want to cook at home, or enjoy one of the many nearby popular Restaurants. Enjoy cocktails at the close-by Ocean Grill and Tiki bar right out on the beach. Bring your surfboards, or rent one nearby; the roomy garage has space for all your beach toys. Ice Cream and Pizza nearby means there's something for everyone in this Sweet Carolina Beach House!

Covered Front Porch with Outdoor Furniture.

Dining Area: Dining Tables and Chairs for Eight. Counter Seating for 4.

Kitchen: Oversized Stainless sink with pull spray faucet. Stainless steel appliances: Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Range, Side by Side Refrigerator. Access to Hallway Bathroom.

Guest Bedroom with Queen bed. Ceiling Fan and Smart TV. Ensuite Bath.

Ensuite Bathroom with Shared Access Bathtub and Tile Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet.

Level 3:

Primary Bedroom Suite with King Bed and Ensuite Bath. Ceiling fan, Smart TV. Private Porch.

Ensuite Bathroom: Walk in custom tile shower, Double Vanity, Upgraded lighting and fixtures, Toilet, Walk-in Closet

Ensuite Porch: outdoor furniture.

Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer

Guest Suite: 1 Queen Bed, Full Over Full Bunk Beds, Ensuite Bath. Ceiling Fan, Smart TV.

Guest Ensuite Bath: Custom Tile Walk-in Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet.

Parking:
One covered spot in carport. One garage spot. Space for three more cars in driveway.
Security Cameras are located at the parking area of this property.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Electronic Lock entry.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

Pet Policy:
No Pets Allowed

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

This is a great place to stay. Everything is super nice and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Easy walk to beach or drop off your people just down the street. We will be back.

The house was amazing and worth the price we paid. They had beach stuff in the garage that we were able to use, chairs, toys, wagon, bikes. Not far from the beach. The kids were very happy as well as us. Definitely would love to stay there again when we come back.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was beautiful, with so much attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Good location, not a terrible walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!
