Welcome to Salty Hammocks B1 Liv-A-Little! Bring your furry friend to our end-unit condo with Island View. Enjoy a Mai Tai on the tropical themed living room deck or enjoy meals at home in your fully equipped kitchen. If you'd rather eat out, you are only .3 mile stroll down the beach from Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. You will feel right at home among our traditional, comfortable furnishings and decor. Enjoy sea breezes and palm trees from either of two decks. Take a dip in our community pool, or visit the many shops and restaurants nearby. You'll be sure to live a little better than most at Salty Hammocks!

Ground Level:

Outdoor community pool, Outdoor shower, Covered parking, parking lot, extra storage, private community boardwalk to the beach, sandy feet hose, stairwell to property level.

Property Level:

This is a first floor condo.

Pergo laminate floors throughout.

Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, queen bed, large closet, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, sliding door access to private balcony.

Ensuite Bathroom: Dual access to hallway, vanity, bathtub with shower.

Kitchen: full kitchen, access to the front patio.

Dining Area: Traditional dining table with seating for 4

Living Room: Queen size sleeper sofa with New Memory Foam Queen Mattress , 1 recliner, 1 soft side chair and ottoman, TV

Patio: access from the living room, 2 patio chairs, 1 bar with 2 stools.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Electronic Lock Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Allowed. Subsequent dog fee collected for more than one dog.

Carolina Beach is pet friendly, but Town ordinances must be followed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Perfect for pets and grandchildren 08/16/2022

I was able to rise early and jog on the beach with my dog, reaching Flagler beach or Fisher Point with an easy run before the family woke up. The state park offers plenty of hiking & biking opportunities to. The apartment had everything we needed and was decorated very nice. We really enjoyed the porches and the immediate access to the beach. The pool is clean with beautiful night lites. Definitely a nice time.

Great location to boardwalk and beach, ocean front but just far enough away from the noise and business of the boardwalk. Once in the space we had everything we needed to relax for our vacation.

Our vacation at Salty Hammock and Carolina beach was incredible! We didn’t really know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised as the condo was perfect for two people. There’s easy access to the beach and we had a blast throwing the ball to our Golden in the early morning and late afternoon when dogs are allowed on the beach. Definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

We only had a few days in Carolina and this turned out to be the perfect last minute rental. Wonderful location, convenient to everything. It is very clean and has lots of outside deck space. Parking is conveniently underneath. It’s not oceanfront, but the pool and the ocean are literally steps away just around the corner.

Loved our weekend in Carolina Beach. This place has great beach access with umbrella and chair rentals if needed. Took a 7 minute walk on the beach to the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar. Unit was clean, check-in and out was very easy and it had a nice balcony. Definitely recommend staying here.
