There’s no substitute for being right on the oceanfront! Enjoy every breakfast with the waves rolling in below you and ocean breezes on your face. Even your guests will be able to have a private cup of coffee from their bedroom balcony with an island view. Run back and forth to the beach several times a day on our private boardwalk, or frolic in our oceanfront pool when you need a break from the sand. You’ll be cozy and comfy in our soft furnishings, fresh bedding, and have all the essentials you need to cook or do laundry from home. If you want a meal out, you’re only a block from Stoked, or two and a half blocks from Sea Witch. A day on the boardwalk is only a four-block walk! Surf, Sand, and fun are yours for the taking at Winds VI 3C, where beach memories are waiting for you.

Parking:
One car may park under the building. The second vehicle may park in the First-Come-First-Serve lot.
Recommended that larger vehicles seek a paid parking lot off-site.
This is monitored by the HOA and you must adhere to these rules. For additional parking options please visit the Town of Carolina Beach website. Parking for this building is Tandem: sharing the parking stall with others in the building. Vehicles must be tagged with contact info for rearrangement.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. "We had a great first time in Carolina beach! We loved Winds 6 3C. The condo and location were great! The condo was very clean compared to others we have stayed in. The condo was very well stocked even with the little things from needed kitchen items to crayons to beach toys, even beach chairs! The condo was very spacious. Huge balcony/deck, 2 balconies, plenty of seating inside and out for our family of six. We were concerned about the parking under the building but it worked out okay. The pool was nice and clean. Newer washer and dryer were great! Big closet in the master bedroom was also convenient. We loved the location and really didn't need to drive anywhere much. We walked to the boardwalk, only one life guard chair down the beach. The boardwalk was a great place to shop, buy ice cream and fudge at the Fudgeboat, pizza by the slice, coffee ect.

"We loved the property! It's right on the beach with great views. I think we spent half of our time there on the large balcony. We loved that you could access the balcony directly from the bedroom. The condo was well equipped but our visit was short. We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker. Maybe leave directions for the single cup side. We used it as an excise to take a walk to the coffee shop close-by. Also, recommended that if you park in the first spot, put your phone number on the pass so that its easy to coordinate with other guest. First time in Carolina Beach and loved it. Great Beach! This is a great unit.

"We have stayed at this property before and had another wonderful experience vacationing in Carolina Beach. This unit is ideal for perfect ocean views and a quiet beach area. Everything was as it was described in the listing, and the linens being provided is always a plus. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and smelled so good when we walked in.

"This rental had everything you could ever need. The view is amazing! So close to the boardwalk and much more. Had an incredible time here. (Warning to future renters if you have paddleboards you will not be able to get them up the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor and there is no storage on the ground level. We had to purchase a strap to keep them secure to the top of our car)Parking was a little frustrating, but mostly not an issue due to not being very crowded. Overall loved every moment of the visit and would stay again anytime.

"Great place to stay in Carolina beach . Three sets of stairs were a lot but the View was beautiful . The deck was where we spent most of our time . Pool was an extra bonus . The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been if they left some toilet paper and dish soap . I understand not stocking everything but this had nothing at all . Other rentals at least left the basics . Overall a very nice trip and I would rent this again.

"We absolutely loved staying here - the location is unbeatable! Just across the street is public access, making it a super quick and easy walk to the beach. My 3 yr old loved having the pool as an option when you had enough of the sand. Ha. The front patio is HUGE and a great place to unwind and relax in the evening. We absolutely loved it here and will be back!

"Great Condo! We had a great stay the week of Memorial Day! This condo is exactly as described. It is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to climb steps but it’s worth it for the view! The beach is very nice and was never crowded. The boardwalk with shops and restaurants was only a 5 min walk. There is still some hurricane renovation going on in the area but it was never an issue. Overall a great stay!

"Our first impression of this property was when we slid open the door to enter the living room and were immediately greeted with a pleasant, fresh scent. Everything was clean, and exactly as it was described in the VRBO listing. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular, and even the bayside view from the kitchen and guest room was interesting with gorgeous sunsets and striking boats docked there. Check-in and check-out were simple with the keyless entry. Our one complaint that really couldn't be avoided was the tandem parking that could make driving off the property time-consuming. If we were parked in, we needed to contact the other car's owner to move and trust that they would respond quickly. Regardless of that, we really didn't need to drive often, since the condo was so close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We were also able to use Door Dash for food delivery. The public beach access was directly to the side of the building, so getting to the beach was easy. The condo's pool was conveniently located and clean as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach - the people we met on the beach and around the condo were all friendly, and the beach experience was absolutely enjoyable. We would book this condo again

"The condo was as advertised and was super cute, clean and comfortable. One outlet face plate in the kitchen was very loose and a little unsafe, but otherwise, everything was perfect. Not a fan of the tandem parking but luckily we were the first to arrive and didn't have to move our car all but one day. Thankfully the other tenant did was able to come and go without us having to move all week. We will be booking this condo next summer for sure :-)

"Great condo for a family vacation. Great open condo for a family vacation. We have 4 and 9 yr olds, and they had a blast! We enjoyed having a beach view in basically all the living areas, and the master bedroom! The second bedroom had a great view of the harbor and our kids enjoyed trying to see the ships pass by! In the morning we could see dolphins while eating breakfast on the deck! The beach area is calmer than other areas we have stayed at, but even so, it's still a very short walk to the boardwalk if you want to have dinner or get britts donuts. It was the best of the quiet beachy atmosphere, while still being close to everything. Overall it was a great place to stay at a great price!

"The location is great, really close to town without the crowds of being in town. It was great to have a pool too. The condo was clean, but it just felt like a rental with old carpet and no real personal touches. It didn't have a homey feel like some of the places we have stayed at. We love CB and your staff was very good to work with! We LOVED the option of the late check out and that alone would make us come back to look at rentals through your company.

"The unit was clean and in a convenient location. It was nice having the pool because the ocean was rough at times. The tandem parking was a slight inconvenience but we didn't drive anywhere too often. The boardwalk area didn't meet our expectations.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately the parking is regulated by the Homeowner's Association at Winds, but we will definitely pass your concerns regarding the parking along to them.
