There’s no substitute for being right on the oceanfront! Enjoy every breakfast with the waves rolling in below you and ocean breezes on your face. Even your guests will be able to have a private cup of coffee from their bedroom balcony with an island view. Run back and forth to the beach several times a day on our private boardwalk, or frolic in our oceanfront pool when you need a break from the sand. You’ll be cozy and comfy in our soft furnishings, fresh bedding, and have all the essentials you need to cook or do laundry from home. If you want a meal out, you’re only a block from Stoked, or two and a half blocks from Sea Witch. A day on the boardwalk is only a four-block walk! Surf, Sand, and fun are yours for the taking at Winds VI 3C, where beach memories are waiting for you.

Parking:
One car may park under the building. The second vehicle may park in the First-Come-First-Serve lot.
Recommended that larger vehicles seek a paid parking lot off-site.
This is monitored by the HOA and you must adhere to these rules. For additional parking options please visit the Town of Carolina Beach website. Parking for this building is Tandem: sharing the parking stall with others in the building. Vehicles must be tagged with contact info for rearrangement.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Lock Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around

Sea Coast Input: Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

Enjoy a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique shops and restaurants!

"We had a great first time in Carolina beach! We loved Winds 6 3C. The condo and location were great! The condo was very clean compared to others we have stayed in. The condo was very well stocked even with the little things from needed kitchen items to crayons to beach toys, even beach chairs! The condo was very spacious. Huge balcony/deck, 2 balconies, plenty of seating inside and out for our family of six. We were concerned about the parking under the building but it worked out okay. The pool was nice and clean. Newer washer and dryer were great! Big closet in the master bedroom was also convenient. We loved the location and really didn't need to drive anywhere much. We walked to the boardwalk, only one life guard chair down the beach. The boardwalk was a great place to shop, buy ice cream and fudge at the Fudgeboat, pizza by the slice, coffee ect.

"We loved the property! It's right on the beach with great views. I think we spent half of our time there on the large balcony. We loved that you could access the balcony directly from the bedroom. The condo was well equipped but our visit was short. We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker. Maybe leave directions for the single cup side. We used it as an excise to take a walk to the coffee shop close-by. Also, recommended that if you park in the first spot, put your phone number on the pass so that its easy to coordinate with other guest. First time in Carolina Beach and loved it. Great Beach! This is a great unit.

"We have stayed at this property before and had another wonderful experience vacationing in Carolina Beach. This unit is ideal for perfect ocean views and a quiet beach area. Everything was as it was described in the listing, and the linens being provided is always a plus. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and smelled so good when we walked in.

"This rental had everything you could ever need. The view is amazing! So close to the boardwalk and much more. Had an incredible time here. (Warning to future renters if you have paddleboards you will not be able to get them up the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor and there is no storage on the ground level. We had to purchase a strap to keep them secure to the top of our car)Parking was a little frustrating, but mostly not an issue due to not being very crowded. Overall loved every moment of the visit and would stay again anytime.

"Great place to stay in Carolina beach . Three sets of stairs were a lot but the View was beautiful . The deck was where we spent most of our time . Pool was an extra bonus . The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been if they left some toilet paper and dish soap . I understand not stocking everything but this had nothing at all . Other rentals at least left the basics . Overall a very nice trip and I would rent this again.
