Take in the ocean views and walk only steps away to the beach across the street. Visit the boardwalk, marina, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment just one block from your entrance.

Bella Vita comes fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. It offers a queen-size bed and a comfortable pullout couch. Sink into classic traditional furnishings with clean lines and designer colors. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook small meals up to large Thanksgiving dinners. Kids will enjoy a cabinet full of fun family games. A short trip downstairs takes you directly to the Fork & Cork where you can dine in or relax on their outside patio. Also, directly below is Malama Café which will take care of all your coffee, smoothie, and breakfast needs!

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this is the place for you! You have front-row seats to everything the boardwalk has to offer including seasonal weekly firework shows, amusement park rides during high season, festivals, concerts on the beach, oceanview dining, nightlife, arcades, ice cream shops, and miniature golf. While you are here, you can explore the island or leave your car at your own private parking space since all the action is right at your front doorstep! Ground Level:

One assigned parking space. Gated entry to the building. Outdoor storage with beach wagon. Elevator access.

Property Level:

Open floor plan with dining table for 6, Queen-size sofa sleeper, Smart TV with streaming. Living room access to a private balcony.

Modern efficient kitchen with stainless appliances, countertop seating for 4.

Primary Bedroom Suite with Ensuite bath, marble tile shower, bath access to the hallway

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Hard Key entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Allowed with Restrictions. First dog is an additional $300. One additional small dog may be added with an extra fee. Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. "I had the best Stay at Belle Vita at Carolina Beach from 09/12/21- 09/19/21. The condo was so warm and cozy and I felt right at home (I did not want to leave!) "We absolutely loved this place. Clean, perfect location and believe it or not-so quiet! I was concerned we would be kept up being in the middle of the hustle and bustle but it was silent with the door closed. There is a storage area with such lovely beach amenities. They even had a book with menus from different restaurants which was really helpful. My only very tiny complaint was that the keys were a bit wonkey, when opening the door, once you get the hang of it much easier. I cannot wait to come back!

The amusement park was across the street from the building (between the condo and the ocean) generating a lot of action and noice. "My Husband and I stayed there during our honeymoon. I loved everything about it. dishes, silverware, and cookware all there ready to be used. Wonderful view of the fireworks if you're there on a Thursday night during the summer. Just about everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Very lovely place to stay.

"We had a terrific time at Bella Vita @ Towne Place. Great location basically right across the street from public beach access! Make sure you don't miss the storage room on the 1st floor that contains beach chairs and a handy cart to roll everything over to the sand! Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
