Welcome to Patriots Place! Shape your course of human events with a luxury vacation at Patriots Place! Take your choice any time of day whether to walk one block to the beach, or walk the other way a block to the Carolina Beach dinghy dock for an Intracoastal Waterway experience. Every guest's independence is key at Patriots Place, a single-family home with enough space and privacy for up to four families to go in any direction they please. Luxuriate in our custom beach house nestled into a charming small neighborhood setting with high-end appliances and furnishings, comfortable bedroom suites, and 360 views. Entertain in style in the large great room for cocktails and mealtime, or escape into one of the luxurious bedroom suites when you want a bit of downtime, and enjoy your deck in your jammies. With two kitchens, two laundry rooms, two living rooms, and generous parking, you and all your family and friends will want to become Citizens of Patriots Place!

Ground Level:

Private covered parking for 3-4 vehicles, size dependent. Two exterior stairways to Level 2 entry doors, front and back. Outdoor Shower. Sand Foot Hose. Rented Golf Cart charging is acceptable.

Level 2:
Lounge Bedroom: Full-size sleeper sofa, 2 rocking chairs, 50-inch smart TV, kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave.
Large Oceanside Deck: Just off of the bonus room with access to the ground level.
Washer and Dryer: Located in the hallway.
Guest Bedroom 2: Private access to Sound-facing deck, ceiling fan, queen-size bed, Smart TV, Ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combo
Full Bathroom: Located in the hallway with vanity, shower/tub combo
Guest Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed with Twin over Full, plus a twin Trundle. Smart TV.

Primary Bedroom Suite 1: King-size bed, Smart TV, Walk-In Closet, Private Ocean-facing deck, En-suite Bathroom with Large walk-in tiled shower with double shower heads, Double Vanity

Primary Bedroom Suite 2: King-size bed, Smart TV, Private Sound-facing deck, En-suite Bathroom with Vanity and Bathtub/Shower

Open-concept entertaining space
2 Large Decks: 1 is Sound-facing for sunset views and the other is Ocean-facing for sunrise views.
Kitchen: Luxury finishes, premier appliances, dual Keurig, Oversized Floating Kitchen Island with seating for 8.
Wine Refrigerator
Living Room: 1 sofa, 3 side chairs, coffee table, 65-inch smart TV with sound bar, ceiling fan.
Dining Room: Seating for 8 at the modern farmhouse table.

Parking:

6 dedicated parking spots below the unit, 3 covered and 3 uncovered.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
Two Dogs Allowed MAX; 80lbs max per dog.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

"The house was perfect for our two families (10 total). It had all the amenities. The house is just a short walk to the beach. Loved the view from 3rd floor - you can see water from every window. Watching the sunsets on the front porch was great! Convenient to boardwalk area as well. Would recommend!

"We were an extended family of eight including two small children. The house is lovely with room for all to have their own space. Location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed time on the balconies including the water views, sunrises, sunsets and a fireworks display!

"Our family loved this house. It was perfect for the 10 of us and so close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the reverse floor plan. Would definitely stay here again.

"The condition of the property was perfect because it was brand new. The kitchen was well furnished with plates, utensils, equipment, etc. However, there was a lack of places to sit. There were only eight outside chairs for five decks - four each on the top two. There were also no chairs in any of the bedrooms. We are sure this is due to the recent completion of the property and will be addressed.
