Your crew can stroll to a discreet sign path thru the hedges, scoot over the dunes and onto the beach in 0.1 mile! And, public parking does not interfere with your family's entry to beach paradise at this lovely beach access boardwalk. There is an ocean view from your front porch, and intracoastal waterway views from your back porch. A confection of salt water taffy hues and water views throughout this warm, inviting beach escape will have you feeling cheerful and relaxed for your whole vacation. The surprise ending to every day will be the most gorgeous orange and magenta sunset across the sound.

Ground Level:
Beach access to the north or south within 500 steps.
Public boat launch nearby for small boats, kayaks, jet skis, and paddleboards.
Parking for 4 vehicles Maximum. Boat trailers are allowed, but count as one vehicle. Shaded under house play area with finished ceiling.
Shaded Porch Swing. Picnic table, outdoor private hot shower, boogie boards, beach chairs, 2 charcoal grills.

Dining Room: intracoastal waterway view, dining table seats 4, kitchen counter seating for 2, door to screen porch

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. All tenants over the age of 25 must complete a successful background check. A signed rental agreement is required subject to qualifying rental application: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Check-In begins at 4:00 pm and is guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Hard Key. Please stop by our office to pick up your key.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy: One dog 20 pounds or under is allowed. Call to add pet fee.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Roger Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum, which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center. Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intracoastal Waterway.

Beautiful pink beach house!

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pink beach house. The home is spacious, and provided plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax comfortably. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, and we especially loved the gorgeous sunset views across the inlet. Being able to see the water from the front bedrooms and balcony was such a treat. The short walk to the beach, convenient outdoor shower, dog-friendly accommodations, and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors all added to the experience

"We enjoy staying at Kato’s Cove each year. It’s a beautiful home with privacy and spectacular views of the sound. Beach access is only a short walk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

"Our first time visiting this part of NC. Beach was beautiful. No crowds. Water was clear and temp was perfect. House was ideal size and walkable distance to beach, huge plus. Layout is great, very comfortable interior. Kitchen has everything you need. LR furniture could use a cleaning but very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Exterior screened in porch was very nice but could use and upgrade in outdoor furniture. Charcoal Grill tastes good, takes a long time so plan ahead if grilling. Overall I give this house high marks and can’t wait to return! Very comfortable and beautiful sunset views.

"This was our 6th year vacationing at Surf City, NC. We always book a different house. This house was the nicest yet. The outside and inside are beautiful! My favorite spot was the back porch that has beautiful views of the sound. On the top floor, the views from the bedrooms were gorgeous as well. The walk to the beach was not far at all. We had no problem carrying what we needed for an all day beach trip. The outdoor shower was so useful. Overall, it was an amazing stay for us and our teenagers!

"The property is incredibly comfortable and is exactly what I wanted and needed. There are ocean and sound views. Water views from nearly every window in the house. It has porches that I am finding to be very pleasant and helpful to also take advantage of the scenery. Inside the house is roomy and well designed for family time and privacy. The house is equipped with everything needed to cook, relax, and enjoy. It is also clean and has a cozy feeling.
