Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:
- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the cargo lift is for convenience only and is not rated for human transport. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed with restrictions: dog must be less than 75 pounds, must be over a year old. No more than 2 dogs allowed: your reservation includes one dog pet payment. Extra payment will be collected if you add a second dog.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "The location is unbeatable and the accommodations were perfect for three families to come together with small children. Super convenient to get to the beach, and the beach equipment provided by the rental property was fantastic for both recreation and easy transport to the beach across the street.

"We booked our trip last year (2025) and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our two-week vacation. We were the first to enjoy the new backyard pool that was installed in April 2026. The home is beautiful inside and out. It's also a great location with a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops nearby. Upon arrival, we did have to call Seacoast and ask them to have someone clean the windows and deck furniture as we were the first renters for the season and we couldn’t enjoy the view because the windows and furniture were very dirty. Tammy and Heather took care of this for us and we were extremely grateful. There were a total of six adults and three children under the age of 5, in our group. Here are just some highlights that you may want to know: • The pool was an awesome surprise and it’s great for little ones. When you first walk into the pool, it's very shallow (ankle deep for adults) and then there are about 4 more steps in the pool. The pool lounge chairs and tables are nice and the lounge chair for in the pool is awesome too! We enjoyed it. • There’s a nice view of the ocean on the upper deck in the comfortable rocking chairs and high deck chairs. We enjoyed coffee every morning from this vantage point. Very relaxing with the sound of the ocean and breezes. There's also a deck off the bedrooms with tall deck chairs and Adirondack chairs. • The furniture in the living area and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of drawer storage. The really large dining table has plenty of room for a group of 6-10 people. • The elevator is a life saver! We loaded our coolers and kitchen supplies on the bottom level and unloaded them on the top level where the kitchen is located. We also loaded our suitcases and toiletries into the elevator and unloaded them onto the bedroom level. • We received a nice welcome bag with lots of goodies such as chip clips, playing cards, drink cozies, small shampoo/conditioner bottles, etc. Seacoast also gave us a bag with a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. This was a very nice touch and made us feel very welcomed. • The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and a full-size coffee maker (wish I had known about it because we were told it didn’t have a full-size coffee maker and we packed ours). There’s plenty of dishes, utensils, baking pans, bowls, coffee cups (good size ones too) and wine and drinking glasses – enough for a large group of 12! There is also a small highchair for up to 20 lbs that was in the pantry. The pantry has lots of shelves for all the grocery items we had. • There’s a gas grill on the small deck off the kitchen that is not in great condition but worked well for burgers and dogs one night. However, there weren’t any tongs or metal spatula for the grill. • There’s a great little vacuum in the pantry that you can charge to clean the floors. I used this a lot from our little ones who dropped crumbs on the floor and just to keep from tracking any sand throughout the house. • There’s an outdoor shower and a hose to use to clean off the sand before going inside. We made sure everyone took off their shoes upon entry to keep sand from being tracked inside. • There’s a full-size washing machine and dryer, which is helpful when staying for two weeks. • There are plenty of games and puzzles, which we did enjoy on a rainy day. The only cons were the upstairs ceiling lights that are very bright at night. There are no dimmer switches or lamps. I did use a lamp from the main bedroom and put upstairs on the credenza while we were there. The bedroom off the upstairs is tight and my one daughter stayed there with her 1-year-old and the pack and play was squished into the corner. We did have a pool problem while we were there. The pool company comes every Wednesday to clean the pool and luckily she gave us her business card and we were able to contact them and let them know what was going on. They came out the next morning and fixed the problem. It was on Memorial Day too! We also had a problem with the door lock. It would go through its paces after entering the code but was difficult to unlock. But what was not so great was my husband came back from the beach and I was inside. The door wouldn’t unlock and I struggled to get the lock to unlock as well. We immediately called Seacoast and the maintenance guy worked on the lock for a while to get the salt and corrosion to loosen so that it would lock and unlock. All in all we would definitely stay here again! It’s the best place we have stayed in when on vacation. Thanks to Seacoast for their attentiveness and responsiveness to any issues we had and to their housekeeping and maintenance staff!

"Nice / clean 2nd row house with unobstructed ocean view, which is really nice from the 3rd floor deck. Walked to dining in Surf City. Off the busy main island road. Public beach access is just two houses to the left. Would definitely book this property again.
