Enjoy a refreshing dip in the Almost Oceanfront pool, take a stroll along the beautiful beach only steps away, or explore the vibrant downtown area with its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Even though we are in the heart of people-watching from the balcony, we are a nice, small complex where you can quickly get out of the crowd. We have great security into our complex to keep nonresidents out. Our Unit #203 has easy access right by the stairwell. Great outdoor spaces with nice furniture are an easy place to meet your neighbors on both sides of the complex. Our home has a nice clean feel, floors are great, nice windows, bright and airy. Our new paint job looks great! Whether you're looking for a fun-filled family vacation or a relaxing escape, Haven at Tidewinds is the ideal destination. Book your stay today and start planning the perfect beach getaway!

Ground Level:

Parking lot access for one vehicle, beach access across the street 1/2 block away, Boardwalk Entry 1/2 block away, pool, picnic area, stairs to second story.

Living Room: 43-inch smart TV, 1 couch, 2 chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, access to back deck.
Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 6 at the counter.
Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Kingsdown queen bed, ceiling fan, En-suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom: TV, ceiling fan, twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed.
Bathroom: Vanity with shower/tub combo.
Deck: access from the living room, ocean views, 2 deck chairs.
Washer and dryer (located in the closet by the front door)

Parking: 1 assigned parking spot

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check outT is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

NO events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
NO Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

Great location! Very Clean! We walked to restaurants, shops, easy access to beach. Only time we moved our vehicle was to go to 4 wheel drive beach at Fort Fisher for the day!
