Enjoy the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from your own private fourth-floor balcony. Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new t-shirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 409 is ready to be your forever vacation home!

Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access.

Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Queen-size sleeper sofa and dining table for four.

Primary Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom with queen-size bed and TV. Ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range. *No Dishwasher in this unit! Washer and dryer closet.

Parking: 2 vehicles Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. If the pass is not displayed, the owner may be fined, and the automobile may be booted or towed at the owner's expense.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. Boardwalk, oceanfront AND enjoy a quiet stay?

"Is it possible to stay on the boardwalk, oceanfront AND enjoy a quiet stay? Yes, in this beautiful 4th floor (top floor) condo. Above and beyond providing all the necessary comforts, this condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Covered parking was plentiful, but we enjoyed walking to a different restaurant each of our 7 nights. If I was to suggest any improvement, it would be to install a door code in place of the hard key.

"Location, convenience, excellent condo. It was Definitely worth it. Not really a complaint but I advise others that 6 people inside will be tight and gets uncomfortable to lounge in the living/eating space.. 4 adults and maybe a child would be perfect.

"Cabana 409 is a nice condo. It is a tad small but it worked. The air conditioning did stop working on day 3 but Sea Coast Rentals had it fixed ASAP. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The location worked out well. Convenient to everything. Easy access to beach. Pool area was very nice also. Overall, our stay was great.

"Always enjoy the cabana been staying there for years. Love the convenience of walking to most of our favorite places. Enjoyed the south end 4 wheeling and set up tent .. although we were there while sally was brewing ...we still had fun. Staff is always great thank you for taking care of us.

"I would definitely go back to this Cabana! It is smaller than the pics but we didn't mind that the views made up for that. Very comfy beds everything was clean. I loved the distance between the bedrooms. The cabana is near everything including my favorite Britts donuts and Krazy Kones. Had a very pleasant stay will return.

"This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach. We were so happy with the condo and the location. We parked our car when we got there and didn’t need to drive anywhere all week. The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabana Suites 409. The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Being on the 4th floor, we enjoyed amazing views and could see the Thursday night fireworks from our balcony! The place was clean and the kitchen appeared to have been updated a bit from the photos. The shades for the sliding glass doors were nice too! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, but I would recommend bringing your own. I also brought cutting knives. There is no dishwasher, so be sure to bring dish soap! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice as well!!! The sink in the master bath wouldn't drain (not that it was clogged, but you had to lift up drain stopper). Also, renovations are being completed on the unit below, so you could hear them working during the day and I think some of their hammering caused the wiring in master bedroom to fall off wall. Overall, Carolina beach was an awesome place to visit and this unit is really located right on the middle of all the action! Steps from the boardwalk and carnival games, plus many awesome restaurants! We were impressed with all the dining options! The pool at the complex was small and not the cleanest, but my girls didn't seem to mind! The elevator was slow, but there were plenty of stairwell access points. We also enjoyed the locked access to the property. All the owners we met were friendly and welcoming! We will be back! Thank you!

"Great Location and nice unit! Loved having the parking for two cars too. The view was great and the condo just lovely. I would suggest buying decent quality trash bags since we are supposed to take the trash out before leaving. Building is in best location steps to everything!

"This was the first time renting while vacationing at Carolina Beach. In the past we have always stayed at the Hotel there on the Oceanfront and wow what a huge and awesome difference! The rooms and living spaces were large and comfortable and most of all relaxing. Unlike the Hotel stays where we felt cramped and pressured to live the room just to stretch, we able to take our time to thoroughly enjoy our vacation and most of all relax! The Cabana Suites FAR EXCEEDED any and all expectations that we had and we WILL do this again and again!

"we had a nice stay. have been to cabanna several times. unit 409 . was cleanand had some upgrades this year. we like being in walking distance to most things we wanted to do. we had grandkids this year, a toddler and a 7 yr old so the pool was nice for them. staff was most helpful, booking, confirming and emailing info we needed. always a pleasure to stay at carolina beach. we will be looking for a cottage on the beach our next stay since the family is growing. Hope you can help with that too. very nice staff.
