Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.

This is the perfect property for two couples and a bunch of kids! You'll love the salt sea air and the gorgeous Carolina Lake Views from our Two Lake View Porches, and the short half-block walk to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home. Every Saturday the local arts and craft festival is at your doorstep! Two beach access points within a one minute walk make you intimate with the Beach. Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right across the street. You'll fall in love with the stunning water views from almost every room and the ease of the elevator, stopping on both floors of our townhouse. You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to party, have a cocktail on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor with all the graciousness of a traditional family home. Our Great Room has supremely comfortable furniture, plenty of space to spread out, and generous natural light. For a bit of luxurious privacy, enjoy the stunning sunset view from your private master bedroom porch. Sophisticated and high quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually elegant experience at beautiful Carolina Beach.

If you are coming with blended families, consider our 6 bedroom, 6 bath option: Fresh and Salty: Two Townhouses beside each other.

Assigned covered parking for 4-6 vehicles, size dependent. Plenty of room for golf carts! Shared outdoor patio conversation area with All Weather Rattan & cocktail tables.
Propane Grill shared with other townhouses.
Shared Elevator from carport to property level, stopping on both floors of our home.

Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. We loved it! 11/27/2023

This was our first time coming to Carolina Beach & we loved it!! The condo was perfect for our family…4 adults & 3 children. Before starting our day, having coffee on the deck in the morning was wonderful…lake view. The beach was a close walk which was perfect when you have a 6, 4 & 2 year old!! The elevator was a must & a plus because my husband uses a wheelchair..it worked out great!! And, so helpful getting all of our stuff up to condo!! 🙂 We all enjoyed your place & the location was ideal for us.

Perfect location! One minute walk to beach access and beautiful view of the lake. Spacious, clean condo! 4 parking spots available. Walkable to restaurants. Having a outdoor shower was the best! Having an elevator was a plus and the accommodations were great and worked well for our first time at Carolina Beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Went to stay here for Mothers Day weekend with my parents and we all loved it! Perfect views, perfect location, perfect weekend. Check in and check out we’re simple. I would not think twice about staying here again. I’m already looking to see when it is available again!

Spacious with a great layout. 11/27/2023

The two level condo was spacious and a great layout for us with two couples and two young kids. Even better in person than the photos showed, and we especially appreciated all the kitchen tools and amenities that made everything so easy for us. If we come back to Carolina Beach I would definitely want to stay here again.

This stay was perfect for our family of 6 (all teens or older). The bedroom spaces allowed for privacy and the open kitchen, dining and living area upstairs was great for eating and playing games together. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake in the morning or evening to have our coffee or a glass of wine. We also enjoyed morning runs around the lake, spending days on the beach (very easy access) and a visit to Carolina Beach State Park (a very short drive) to put in our paddleboards. The condo was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Hosts were very responsive but we really didn’t need to ask about much — instructions were clear and everything was easy and straightforward. Overall a wonderfully relaxing vacation!

This was my first time staying here and I would definitely come back again! Very close to the beach and close proximity to night time attractions but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The house was very clean and updated.
