Wind down from a day in the pools or gathering seashells, sea glass, and sharks teeth on the beach with a cocktail while you experience stunning ocean views from every window and balcony of you North Carolina beach Rental.

Villa Capriani is constructed in the shape of a U, and within the picturesque multi-level courtyard there are palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, two hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. Splash by the Sea restaurant is located on site. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. North Topsail Beach is a quiet family-oriented beach where the focus is the beach and sun. The beaches are never crowded even in the middle of the summer season and there is never heavy traffic. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island. Your stay at the Villa Capriani, no matter how long or short, will be one that you will forever treasure. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge.

Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please adhere to posted parking rules.

Property Level: We are a one story condo located on the second floor of the building.

Primary Bedroom Suite: King size bed, Roku TV, in-room queen size sleeper sofa, ensuite bath, in-room kitchenette.
Primary Ensuite Bathroom: step in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.
Primary Kitchenette: Mini refrigerator, toaster oven, drip coffee maker.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite access to shared hallway bath.
Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub and shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.
Kitchen: Refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, fully equipped for cooking at home, seating for 2 at kitchen island.
Dining Area: dining table seating 5.
Living Room: queen sofa sleeper, side chair, TV, ceiling fan, tray tables, Door to oceanfront balcony.
Oceanfront Balcony: Polywood Adirondack Pub Vignette, Settee.
Laundry Room: washer and dryer.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed with travelers. Villa Capriani has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "This property is absolutely amazing. My husband, 2 young kids and my self drove down from Maryland and couldn't be more happy. The place is kept clean. The people are so warming and helpful. The restaurant was so delicious. We spent a lot of time in the amazing pools that are layed out perfect for people with kids.. The room had everything we needed even sand toys, cooler and boogie boards. They really took time to think about everything you might need.. I of course over packed because I didn't realize everything was there for us already but next time I won't need to pack as much. The area is so nice . When we were there it was off season but for me that is the best time. Weather was still nice enough to enjoying the water. We definitely will be using this condo again. We stayed in unit 204B and it was so nice. I would suggest asking for this unit if you are planning on staying here. You can tell the owners really care about your experience and want to make sure you have a great time. If I could give more stars I would .. It was an amazing experience.. .

"The condo was exactly as advertised The kitchen was well equipped with appliances that all worked. The furniture was all clean and very comfortable. The view was awesome off the balcony and we saw a few dolphins while we were enjoying breakfast. The restaurant also has live music on the patio Saturday evenings and we sat on the balcony and enjoyed that as well. Will definitely book again.

"Very clean and comfortable, with exceptional views of the ocean and outdoor pool and dining. We enjoyed listening to the live music from our balcony. The place was quiet and calming, and well outfitted with all the appliances. Highly recommended!
