This property features two comfortable bedrooms, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and fun. The full bathroom is designed with your comfort in mind, providing all the necessary amenities. The living area is a cozy space to relax and socialize. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing you to easily prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. The property also offers convenient amenities such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet. Situated in Surf City, this condo provides easy access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, ensuring a truly enjoyable and convenient stay. Enjoy the local fishing piers and the many other attractions in the area.

Ground Level: private parking for 2 cars, community pool, exterior covered stairs to Third Floor, community laundry mat, fitness center and picnic area with community charcoal grills.

Living Room: Queen pull-out sleeper sofa, and chair, smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, sliding doors to covered porch
Porch: Ocean View and Pool View, Adirondak chairs and table seat for 4
Kitchen: granite countertops, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, extra mini fridge fully equipped for making simple meals at home, kitchen bar counter seats 2.
Dining Area: dining table seats 6
Bedroom: queen bed, dresser, Smart TV with cable ensuite access to shared bathroom
Shared Hallway Bath: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, private water closet with toilet.
Hallway Bunk Nook: twin over twin bunkbeds

Loft Bedroom: queen, ocean views from the bedroom window, chair, fan and washer and dryer

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’,” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers, including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family-friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intracoastal Waterway.
