Gorgeous ocean views, just three blocks from the beach, and plenty of sleep time privacy are the highlights of this Premiere Carolina Beach vacation home. Brand new, custom-quality construction with high-end appliances, fixtures, and luxury furnishings will have you relaxing and vibing the good life. Generous free private parking for 3 cars, size-dependent, which is rare on Carolina Beach. The ground floor guest suite with its own private bathroom just past the foyer landing zone promises to be the sleepiest cave in the house. The second level hosts a primary bedroom suite which has a gorgeous large bathroom with custom tiled floors and a walk-in shower. Two more suites share a bathroom on this level. Spend your social gathering time in the third-level great room. A luxurious kitchen with granite countertops and restaurant-quality pull spray faucet is for serious cooks! A second primary guest suite completes enough quality space for 10!
Our elevator makes every floor accessible and attractive. Sunbathers can take our spiral staircase to the sky deck for cocktails with a gorgeous ocean view.

Linens - Clean sheets and bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds in sanitary packaging. Bathmats are provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Lock Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Getting Around

Sea Coast Input: Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

Enjoy a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique shops and restaurants!
