Welcome to Salty Paws - Where the lovely ocean views and inviting dunes beckon the beach lover in all of us.

This adorable beach home is the ultimate getaway spot for your family vacation. Located in the heart of North Topsail Beach, it is just a few yards away from the beach access. Relax on the deck as you hear the sounds of the waves crashing and the feel of the Atlantic Ocean breeze.

The wide-open beaches are just a short walk away! Conveniently located on a quiet street, making it the perfect area for evening strolls to the beach, sink your toes in the sand while you comb the beach for shark teeth, sea glass and seashells!

The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for all your needs, the dining area is the best place to create memories out of meals together and the living room area is a great place for the family to gather after a long day of playing on the beach!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bath. The 2nd bedroom features a full bed, the 3^rdbedroom offers a full/twin bunk and shared bath complete the layout for this cozy cottage.

A short drive to restaurants and quaint shops. There is even a local produce stand located a few blocks up the street where you can pick up all your fresh fruits and vegetables.

Salty Paws Cottage is also a pet-friendly home. So, do not forget about your four-legged babies! They can enjoy all the fun in the sun with you and will love the fenced yard.

An added bonus is the outdoor shower. a place to rinse away the sand after a fun beach day!

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per dog, it is not automatically added. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have this fee applied.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Great mini-birthday getaway 01/23/2024

My husband, Jack Russell Terrier Fur daughter, and I stayed here Oct 12-16, 2023 for a long birthday weekend. It’s an awesome beach cottage, fully stocked, ample space, the fenced in backyard is awesome, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! We lucked out with terrifically warm weather and was able to view the solar eclipse. There’s plenty of space to cook, eat, and lounge at night. No occupied neighbors so it was very quiet too, close to shopping and gas for last minute items. There’s laundry but it is outside the cottage on the first level, not a huge deal because we travel with a collapsible laundry basket, and it functioned perfectly. Linens were included, nice and clean (wrapped so also hygienic) with plenty of towels. We only had to call PM once and they instantly rectified the issue (digital lock was stuck due to moisture). Overall, we ‘d love to go back, thanks for the super memories!

This is the closest you can get to the beach without being oceanfront. We loved that we had a fenced in yard for the dog. We were concerned the AC may not cool well enough for our dog but it was great. We loved that the house had bottled water as well so we didn’t have to buy our own. I would absolutely consider renting this again.

Just steps from the beach and the home is perfect. Feels like home away from home. Very well equipped kitchen was great for family meals. Dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and the family enjoyed the spacious living area. We were all very pleased. Only about 25 to 30 minute drive to Camp Geiger.

My wife, 3 kids, mother, and two dogs stayed over Thanksgiving. Great house with lots of unusual but welcome amenities. Like good water, which was a very nice benefit and not something any other beach rental house I have visited has ever provided. The doggie door leading to the gated porch with access to the back yard was perfect. The kitchen was nicely appointed for serving a large Thanksgiving dinner. Overall, a great stay.

My husband, 2 Jack Russell Terriers, and I enjoyed a wonderful time at the the Salty Paws cottage (Oct 12-16, 2021). The location is fantastic, just footsteps to beach access, and an overall convenient location to shopping and TI. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived and the linens were fresh and plentiful! The fenced-in backyard was the perfect size for our pups and the cottage is extremely cozy and fully stocked! The main house lock is digital as opposed to a physical key, which by the ocean, is a HUGE bonus: no key to carry around and no lock to get corroded! Everything that could be needed can be found in one of the drawers of the renovated, spacious kitchen. There’s an island and a large farmhouse table for plenty of eating. The massive sectional provided tons of room for us all to relax. The high porches allow views to the ocean and ICW as well as afford fresh breezes to enjoy for afternoon coffee. I could definitely see us returning the Salty Paws! Thanks for hosting us!

Stayed in October with our two dogs. Loved having the fenced yard and being a half block from the beach. Clean and nicely equipped for cooking. Great for families and couples. Had a relaxing time in the friendly neighborhood.

This is a cute beach house that is super close to the beach access. The air conditioning and fans work great (beach houses are always hot), and we were very comfortable! Lots of great space on the porch and underneath the house to hangout. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place. This was the perfect place to stay with my family. The beach was so close, a 1-minute walk, so we would play on the beach and go to the house for food and go back to the beach. I will come back to this house next year for sure!

We loved our stay at this property. It was right on the water (1 min walk to the beach) and the place was super cute. It was fully equipped and we did not need to go anywhere for anything other than our groceries. It was also super quiet. The backyard was great for our pup to run around in. The porch was also excellent for those late relaxing evenings where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. All in all we will be definitely coming back as this is a top choice from all our previous stays on the Carolina coast.
