North Topsail Oceanfront Beach Rental Allows Dogs

Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.

This adorable oceanfront water escape is far enough away from the crowds and bling to truly relax, but close enough to get groceries and go out to eat within 15 minutes. Oceanfront views create a beachscape from every window in this open floor plan, including when you are snuggled up on the oversize sectional sofa reading books with the kids. Focus on family friendly (including the family dog) begins with the large screened in porch where the kids can tramp up a boardwalk from the beach with their sandy feet, shower off, and eat lunch before they romp right back out to the waves. Transitional styling, shiplap accents, easy to clean flooring, and lifted ceilings make this townhouse light, bright, and efficient.

Ground Level:
Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles, size dependent. Oceanfront wrap around bench seating, private hot shower. Screened in picnic area, 2 picnic tables. Beach equipment for guests to share.

Primary Oceanfront Porch: Adirondack pub chairs, lounger.

Guest Bunk Room: twin over full bunk bed, twin trundle, wall mounted TV.

Kitchen: quartz counters, stainless steel oversize sink with pull spray faucet, electric glass top range with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer.
Oceanfront Sun Deck: loungers, pub chairs.
Dining Area: seat up to 10: dining table seating 6, drop leaf auxiliary table and 4 extra chairs.
Living Room: sectional sofa, reading nook and books, large screen wall mounted TV.
Reading Nook: fold-out bed chair (sheets are not provided in your linen service,) Book rack.
Half Bath: modern farmhouse single vanity, toilet.

Level 4 Loft:
2 queen beds, shelving built-ins, wall mounted TV, game table seating 4

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first pet fee is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "This home was perfect for relaxing as we prepared for my husband’s retirement! Being right on the ocean with the wave sounds was perfect! This home had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed! I didn’t have to stress about meals for my family because this kitchen was fully stocked to be able to make anything! After some simple groceries, we were all set. There was even a crock pot!! This home had three levels so we could all relax in our own space after our busy days if we wanted to. My daughter loved that there were books to read and so many board games to play! If you are looking for a vacation rental where you can truly relax and take full advantage of the beach life then this place is it! 10/10 recommend to anyone.

"This home is the perfect escape for any family or group of friends. It’s situated perfectly directly on the beach with one of the largest areas of available beach in north topsail right out the back door. The owners have gone above and beyond in the furnishings and available amenities. The outdoor entertaining area with huge boardwalk, picnic tables, bench seating and outdoor shower keep everyone together and enjoying the sand and water. I have stayed in a lot of properties and spent many nights in the topsail area, and this home is certainly one at the top of the list to come back to!
