Ease yourself into the gentle comfort of Coquina Sunrise, a 2nd Floor middle unit. Ultra soft-sided, new indoor and outdoor furniture is waiting for you and your favorite book. Curl up in the porch swing with your morning coffee while the big kids swim in the sea right outside your deck. Sea-salt spa tones and clean white woodwork will surround you in our open, spacious, and peaceful home. Embrace the luxury of our redecorated, tastefully appointed home that is just waiting for you to pause and enjoy your beach retreat.

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Our building has security cameras monitoring the entry door.

Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, and exterior stairs to the property level.

The Fitness Center is directly across the street from our parking lot in walking distance.
The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Parking:
Assigned Parking Labeled 2105 - Under Building

Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
Security Cameras are located at the parking area, front porch, and back porch of this property.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
**Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.**

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. "When looking for a property that has beachfront this is the spot. We loved hearing the waves all day and during the night. It was such a relaxing special place. The check in was amazing and the communication with the rental company was perfect. They gave us lots of information prior to arrival and afterwards to help with an easy check out. We did hear others above us, but that will always happen at any property. Those of us who have been in apartments are aware of that. We would definitely consider staying in the same spot and with the same rental company. It was an amazing trip.

"Great board games and puzzles! We ended up staying in #2105 only two nights because the oven controls malfunctioned and could not be repaired during our stay. We enjoyed the unit while we were there and were looking forward to a comfortable stay. The only issue was that the mini-blinds in the two smaller bedrooms do not darken the rooms at night. There are streetlights and walkway lighting right outside, and family members sleeping in those rooms had trouble sleeping in the bright light conditions. Curtains or shades would be a great help.

"Great location with a great view. We had a great time and I was exactly what we want. Front beach, quite area. I would prefer to have blackout in the master bedroom as the sun hits it early in the morning and it is too bright and too hot. The curtains were not enough but we used an extra blanket in the windows.

"We take our family to Carolina Beach each year. Normally we stay at the same place and rent directly from the owner but this year there was a major problem with the building so we had to reach out at the last minute to Sea Coast Rental. They found us a place that suited our family's wants and needs. We were happy with our stay and the helpfulness of the staff at Sea Coast Rental - especially Katrina. She was there for us when we encountered a slight maintenance inconvenience issue and made all efforts for make our stay great. Check out the Lowe's Foods shop on-line and deliver option - awesome!
