Our beautiful vacation rental is the perfect choice for a family getaway. The cozy home features warm wood tones throughout, a spacious two-story layout, granite countertops, and two decks for outdoor enjoyment. With plenty of amenities for children and family, you’re sure to find comfort and relaxation during your stay. You will Shore Enough love your home away from home!

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, and exterior stairs to the property level.
Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.
The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Parking:

Assigned Parking Labeled 2003 - Under Building

Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
**Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.**

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

"Overall a great place to stay, there definitely could’ve been more towels put out being there was 9 of us staying. The ac was on a 2 hour timer, so it was hard to stay cool

"The beach and ocean are the backyard - can't get any better! The layout is very nice, with two ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom and a full bath downstairs. Easy to walk the beach up to a path along the road. One of our family members utilized the beach and the walking path for long morning runs. The aquarium is just down the road and a nice indoor activity when the weather isn't great. We found great places to eat in Carolina Beach, just down the road. I didn't realize how connected Kure Beach and Carolina Beach were. I'd stay at this place again, even though we spent our eating and shopping time in Carolina Beach. It's worth the small drive, considering how comfortable and peaceful a stay this condo was! Regular emails from property management after booking were a nice reminder of the HOA rules and amenities, along with what to bring and check-in information. Thank you for a great vacation!

"We have rented this exact unit through Sea Coast Rentals for years and have always found the booking and check-in process to be easy and straightforward. This two-story unit with dual balconies is quite nice. Upstairs has the master suite and the 'kids bunk room' in our case which left the downstairs bedroom open for a rotation of guests. There is public beach access on one side of the building, and private (with shower) on the other so getting to the beach couldn't be easier. We'll certainly be back on the coast next year with Shore Enough and Sea Coast Rentals.

"We stayed here for the winter months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed for the long term stay and we were very comfortable. Layout of the condo was perfect

"The layout of the condo was perfect for a family. Everyone had their on bedroom and bath. We had a great family vacation. Our grandson was so excited to sleep in the top bunk and loved the stairs going up to his bed. The only negative, I wish we had a ramp to get to the beach. We have a beach wagon we use and carrying it up and down the steps was hard. All and all I recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay

"This was not the initial property we booked. We found out a week before we travelled that our original choice would be closed for necessary work. SeaCoastRentals suggested another couple of options and we chose this one. I think it probably worked out better than our first choice. It was a lovely spot for three adults, everyone had their own space and all amenities were quality choices. The view is extraordinary, from the living room it feels like you're floating above the ocean. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for long walks. We're very grateful to SeaCoastRentals for their recommendation and open communication. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

"The townhouse is very spacious and has 2 amazing decks where you can hear the waves as you sleep. Make sure to bring your paper products, laundry detergent, dish detergent. If you're bringing kids to play in the water there are rocks right in front of this property and need to be careful when diving into the water if the tide is high. The area is beautiful and great place to find amazing shells.

"The property was very clean, and the beach access is walking steps from the pier. The communication with the property manager(s) was very swift, constant, and clear. I loved the email and text communication! The only thing this property needs to work on is TV and AC information. We are a young group and had trouble working the TVs and the downstairs TV in the first bedroom kept popping off. The upstairs masters bedroom was extremely HOT and we could not adjust the unit because it kept asking for a code! Beautiful property, and my family and parents enjoyed it.
