Welcome to Ocean Dunes 503 Pelican! Our oceanfront condo offers an unbeatable getaway experience with nicely updated furnishings and high end kitchen appointments! Our top floor unit features a private sun deck perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. Ship lap accents in kitchen and bathrooms add to the charm. The shared charcoal grill is right below our unit, as is the outdoor pool and beach access boardwalk. Our side yard hosts a large shared Gazebo with multiple picnic tables to enjoy larger al fresco meals with your friends. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity!

**While this property does not allow travelers to bring a pet, Those with allergies should be aware that the property owner has 2 cats and a dog who may have visited prior to your stay.**

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, exterior stairs to property level.
Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

"The condo was just as pictured! The balcony has the perfect view of the beach! Unfortunately a storm came through and it rained with high winds the entire weekend. Thankfully the condo had board games, Netflix and a fully stocked kitchen! The condo is in a great quiet location but still very close to all the restaurants & grocery stores. Sea Coast Rentals were also great to work with and always answered me right away. 10/10, I would highly recommend staying here!

"We enjoyed our 5 weeks in 503 Ocean Dunes! October was a perfectly delicious weather month to be on the beach. The condo had plenty of space when the grandchildren came to visit. The bar area and dining area were perfect when the family was in town. Lots of space with the 3 bedrooms and the kids bedroom slept 4 easily. We loved watching sunrises, moonrises, on the oceanfront deck and sunset at the front porch. Being able to listen to the ocean at night and amenities such as the pools and hot tub were extra special. And what a fabulous convivence to be able to just walk out to the beach access and collect shells, swim and build sand castles. We appreciate the support from Kim and Sea Coast rentals during our stay at 503 Ocean Dunes Kure Beach.

"The location on the beach was perfect. The accommodations were clean upon our arrival with all amenities as stated. Any questions before and during our stay were promptly responded too. You will need to drive to the local commercial areas of Kure and Carolina Beach for supplies or eating out but the serenity and beach view from this location far outweigh any inconvenience of getting into the car for a short 2-3 mile drive. The only negative in our stay was not being there longer.
