This light, bright, and airy Ocean Dunes End Unit has the loveliest southern exposure from its deck! With tasteful, traditional furnishings throughout, and updated kitchen and baths, this cheerful condo is ready to wrap you in beachfront comfort.

Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

Ground Level:
Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, and exterior stairs to the property level.
Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.
The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, soft side chair, cushioned window bench seat, TV, sliders to oceanfront deck.
Dining Area: Traditional dining Table seats 4, ceiling fan
Kitchen: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped, Bar seating for 2, washer and dryer
Dry Bar - coffee bar
Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, chest of drawers, TV, sliders to ensuite oceanfront deck with 2 Adirondack chairs.
Ensuite Bathroom: custom tile shower, fully remodeled, quartz sink
Deck: Oceanfront, Polywood Outdoor dining vignette seats 4.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, side chair, dresser, wall mounted TV
Hallway Bath: Bathtub with tile shower surround, high end shower head, quartz sink

Parking:
2 Assigned Parking Spaces Labeled 0205 - Under Building
Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!
Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. "We have rented Ocean Dunes 205, a lovely condo in Kure Beach from Sea Coast Rentals for the last 7 years in a row. We travel from Texas for this annual vacation…perhaps that indicates how satisfied we are with our rental. Sea Coast’s check-in and check-out processes are very easy. Any questions we’ve ever had have been quickly answered by the fantastic, and friendly, staff. Ally assisted with this summer’s reservations – she was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and as a result, we can’t wait until next summer! See you in 2025! D and D

"This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The ocean view from every room is amazing, beach and pool access were a close walk and it had plenty of space. We made a lot of wonderful memories and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect Family Beach House

"We booked this place less than a week before arriving and it was such a smooth process. We received detailed communication from the rental company about check in and check out processes. They were available via text or phone call before we arrived and luckily did not need them during our stay. The house is exactly as described by the photos. The condo was clean and just felt comfortable for our family of 5! The only disappointing item was there were no beach chairs, the one they had was broken so we ended up buying some locally. But besides that it was a gorgeous location for a family vacation.

"Quiet - very relaxing; great location - short distance to the aquarium and ferry. Property was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and our two grandsons. Also, it was very short distance to the pool and beach access.
