Life on the Intracoastal Waterway is a boater’s dream come true at Fisherman’s Haven. This coastal retreat offers a private pier and dock for your boat or jet skis. Great spot for launching boats and kayaks, you can also enjoy fishing, crabbing, and sunbathing from the pier! All Boaters, Please Use Lift Responsibly (Weight Limit 13,000 lbs) No Boats over 20 foot long.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to create a delicious meal from the days fresh catch! In addition to a deep freezer to take care of keeping fresh catch for later use. Extra bar seating offers company to the chef and additional seats for the extra dinner guests! Two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor, along with a bedroom, living area and full bath on the lower floor. Located in the garage you will find a Ping Pong table and Cornhole for family game nights! The upper floor living room includes a large screen TV and a sliding glass door that opens to the breezy deck with a spectacular intracoastal view. You will enjoy sitting on the spacious sunporch as you watch the dolphins splash and play as they swim by or grab some rays on the two-story sundeck. If you love the outdoors, you will enjoy your meals on the screened in porch while you watch the yachts ease down the waterway. Or better yet, hop in your boat for a ride across the Intracoastal to have lunch/dinner at one of the local waterway restaurants or just do the tourist thing.

It is just a short drive over the Sneads Ferry bridge to North Topsail Beach for a fun filled beach day.

Other Things To Note:

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Plan and Booking Fee. NO Pets. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc... NO Smoking. Available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday. Monthly reservations during the off season (mid -Sept to mid - May).

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

Arrival and Departure:

Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM

Off season check-ins: begin at 3:00PM

Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Check out: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

"This property met all expectations and more! My father loved the fishing adventure, He caught fish, crabs. Very unexpected as my grandson could not reel fast enough as he thought he had a big fish only to have caught a stingray!!… We highly recommend this property.

"Not a modern house but wasn't looking for that very clean well-stocked kitchen and perfect to park a boat and go fishing didn't realize if you bring a boat the lift is a must. right on intercostal and your boat will be damaged if you don't use the lift

"The property was clean. Amazing views on the intercostal. We were there for a long Holiday weekend. I would certainly consider a longer-term stay. It had everything we needed. The office staff was great. Very responsive and so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
