Comfort is King at Comfort Zone, a lovely family townhome located in Kure Beach. The whole family can spread throughout this roomy home with two different game and lounging areas, and lots of separation and privacy for catching wonderful sleep. Make yourself at home in this comfortably furnished townhome, with new living room furniture and freshly updated bedding. For your daytime adventures, walk just steps to the shared private community pool, and walk less than 100 yards to a fun-filled day at the beach! For your evening enjoyment, walk 3 short blocks to the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, restaurants, watering holes, and the Kure Beach Boardwalk.

Ground Level:

Community Pool with outdoor showers, Parking pad for 2 cars, One car garage used for beach toy storage, and a converted family suite.

Finished Basement Game Room with Sofa Sleeper is not air-conditioned. Game Room has TV/DVD/Cable, Foosball Table, and Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Guest bedroom 1 with Queen bed, leather side chair, ceiling fan, and cable TV.

Open concept Living area with queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, Cable TV.

Private covered deck from the living room overlooking the pool with generous seating and even a view of the ocean.

Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and bar top seating for 3 in swivel armchairs.

Formal dining table with seating for 8 with upholstered seat chairs.

Half Bath

A second deck from the foyer with outdoor dining and an island view.

Level 3:

Primary Bedroom Suite with Queen bed, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling fan, and a private deck overlooking the pool.

Ensuite Bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower.

Guest Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and French doors to a shared deck.

Shared full bathroom with single vanity, updated, tiled walk-in shower, and washer/dryer.

Guest Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and French doors accessing the deck shared with the other guest bedroom.

Parking:

Parking for 2 vehicles. This is monitored by the HOA and you must adhere to these rules. For additional parking options please visit the Town of Kure Beach website.

Golf Cart charging is available.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. "This property was very well described and the location is great! It was very clean and spacious! A very easy and short walk to the public beach access. Only one main street to cross. There are no stairs at the beach access, so a wagon would have been great to load and bring beach gear. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the fast communication with Sea Coast Rentals. (This property is managed by a rental company and not the owner.) Our only request would have been a spot for extra parking. Only two cars can be parked at the house and the extra car had to be moved around at the pay to park spaces. The house and the beach were great spots!

"Great location to the beach, shopping and even Wilmington. The townhouse fit 8 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies without a problem. Make sure you have a fan for the room that used to be the garage. It does not have a A/C vent. Plenty of kitchen items for easy cooking at home. The pool was great for the kids and the short walk to the beach was super easy. The unit was clean. It was nice that bath towels and sheets came with the reservation. Easy to rent beach equipment from a local vendor. Grocery store was within 10 minutes and they had everything we needed. Had to take a quick trip to Wal Mart in Wilmington and that was no problem either. The beach was clean and water was perfect. We did go to Carolina Beach one night. The rides finally opened, post-COVID, on 6/17.

"we stayed there during memorial weekend and had a good experience .The property listing was pretty accurate and we were arriving pretty late but check in which went very smooth . The agents were very responsive and gave all details.The house is clean except tht we found 2-3 dead roaches.The location very good as the kure beach is 100 feet away across the road and was not very crowded even during memorial weekend. The house has ocean peak from one of the balconies.We did nt tried the inhouse pool but saw other families there. We spend lot of time on Myrtle beach,SC which was 2 hours drive from here. Check out instructions were clear and we had a good time overall

"We loved Annie’s Place. Annie’s place was ideal for our family vacation. It was very clean and well appointed. It’s an easy walk to the beach, even with little ones and all the gear required for them. It is also convenient to the Kure pier. We enjoyed playing in the pool too!

"We stayed here while in town for family reunion. We had three different generations in the house and it was perfect for everyone. The downstairs room was great for the teenagers. Having the pool so close was definitely a bonus. The beach was just a short walk. We had a group of about 30 that went to dinner at Havanas and they were able to comfortably accommodate us. The teenagers ate at Jack Mackerel and said that it was fantastic. We had burgers from the Island burger bar across from big daddys and they were great. If you plan to have a golf cart make sure that you reserve it ahead of time. We had planned to bring our own golf cart but it did not meet the legal street requirements and we were unable to rent one at the last minute. The townhome was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking that we did.

"We were there for a family wedding & festivities before & after. Great location. Very short walk to beach. Nice area to bike. Fun to take ferry to Southport where Safe Haven was filmed. Unique Boutique is our favorite local women's store just into Carolina Beach. Rental company made our stay very easy. Lots of info on condo and the area.
