Unwind in this top floor corner condo ideally located for maximum privacy and quietude. Restrained, comfortable furnishings and easy clean tile and LVP flooring throughout make this the perfect stay for relaxation and simplicity. The view from your private living room balcony allows you to take in an amazing sunrise from the east and the colors fading to twilight looking to the west. For those travelers who love to fish, you will be only 1 mile away from The Seaview Pier and restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream. The restaurant will even clean and cook your fresh catch.

Villa Capriani is constructed in the shape of a U, and within the picturesque multi-level courtyard there are palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, two hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. Splash by the Sea restaurant is located on site. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. North Topsail Beach is a quiet family-oriented beach where the focus is the beach and sun. The beaches are never crowded even in the middle of the summer season and there is never heavy traffic. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island. Your stay at the Villa Capriani, no matter how long or short, will be one that you will forever treasure. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge.

Dining Area: bar seating for 3, dinette table for 4 children
Kitchen: solid surface counters, stainless sink, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer and microwave.
Hallway Bathroom: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet, ensuite access from Primary Bedroom Suite.
Laundry: washer and dryer
Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, chest of drawers, TV, door to balcony, door to shared bath
Primary Bedroom Private Balcony: Adirondack pub seating for 2
Ensuite Bath: shared access to hall, step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed with travelers. Villa Capriani has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
