Welcome to Sea Drift – Carolina Breezin! Revel in the stunning Ocean Views from your deck on the second row. Located in the heart of Carolina Beach and right across from the beach access, Sea Drift's small and laid-back community is the ideal destination for your next vacation. It's easy livin' at Carolina Breezin, where it is so simple to run back and forth to the beach across the street as much as you want. When you need a break from the sand, walk only three blocks north to tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment on the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Our condo has been freshly updated over the winter with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, fresh paint, and curtains. You'll be able to relax in our friendly vacation home and make memories for years to come!

Half a block from Hamlet Beach Access, Covered Parking for Two Cars. A third car can fit in the side lot.

Guest Bedroom 1: Twin over Full Bunk Beds, Wicker Dresser with Mirror, Nightstand
Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Wicker nightstand, side chair, decorative mirror, and chest, TV

Parking: 2 assigned parking spots below the unit. A third car can park in the side lot.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Neighborhood

Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

In summer, enjoy weekly fireworks and live entertainment, carnival rides, family nights, and Flamingo BINGO. Off‑season brings signature island events like the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival. Getting Around

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

"Great condo in a great location. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. You can hear the waves crashing while sitting outside. We were even able to see the fireworks right from the deck. Justin was very responsive and a great host.

"Clean, not a lot of steps, close to the boardwalk. We walked everywhere, never had to drive our car except to go to Michael's Seafood restaurant. Its an easy walk to the beach.

"Property was nicely maintained. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was lack of comfortable seating in the living area - one couch, one upholstered chair, and two hard-backed chairs. Another comfy chair would be a bonus! Overall our stay was a success and much enjoyed!
