What a suite deal: this enormous family Carolina Beach rental has 3 king suites in additional to two bunkrooms, and is arranged in a logical fashion for either interior stair access, exterior stair access, or elevator access to all interior levels. Eyepopping up-close views of the intracoastal waterway access or the ocean greet you as you wind your way upwards throughout the home, culminating in 360 views of the island from the rooftop bar. It just doesn’t get any better than this if you are coming with a crowd but want to have down-time privacy and flexibility to fix meals at separate times as you come and go from the beach or fishing cruises. There are interior luxury living, dining, and cooking spaces on two different levels of the home. If you crave outdoor cooking and rooftop dining at Carolina Beach, go no further than your very own rooftop bar with gas grill where you can even watch the game while you are taking in the salt sea air and the Atlantic Ocean at Carolina Beach.

Covered parking under house plus private drive fits a maximum of 4 vehicles. Fully fenced back yard. Outdoor shower. Extra storage for surfboards and fishing poles. Elevator or Interior stairs. Exterior stairs to Bedroom Suites.
One block walk to Scallop Lane Beach Access. Half a block to Carolina Beach Marina where you can book a fishing charter. One block from Stoked Restaurant.

*Sole Access to Rooftop Bar is via exterior stairwell on Ocean Side of house.
Ocean View Rooftop Lounge: Adirondack pub chairs, hot tub seating 8, outdoor dining for 14, outdoor living room for 8, loungers for 4, gas grill. Rooftop is not serviced by the elevator.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Allowed - 2 Dogs Allowed. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

Enjoy a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique shops and restaurants!

"This rental is great for families! Access to two kitchens was a great idea, especially with small children in the group and different dinner times. The elevator was great for my elderly mother and for luggage! The rooftop was amazing!! The proximity to the beach was also a plus! We had a few issues with a door and a fan not working, but the maintenance crew was quick to respond. One of the people in our group mentioned they would have liked to have a dresser or drawers of some kind for clothes storage. The only other suggestion I have is that there should be some coverings added for the sliding glass doors. It was a bit strange to have open windows without privacy when dressing or dealing with the kids. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will consider this rental again!

"Had some friends gather to celebrate the new year! We checked in at night and the property was lit up with Christmas lights making it very easy to spot. Entry was a breeze, we used the elevator to haul all of our items to the top floor in one trip. The property was absolutely GORGEOUS, we enjoyed using the top floor for entertaining. We loved the updated kitchen and modern decor in the Living room overlooking the canal. The ocean is just a short walk away as well. The beds were so comfortable!! It was also nice being able to take our dog outside, the back deck goes straight into the fenced yard. Finally, you HAVE to try the rooftop hottub at night, the stars are so worth the cold!
