Impeccably built and maintained, this bright and airy beachfront house features shiplap details and floor to ceiling windows with gracious family furnishings. Multi bedrooms, each with ensuite entry to a bathroom and outdoor access, provides sleep time privacy and comfort throughout your beach vacation. Experience indoor-outdoor living is at its best, with generous porches throughout and a view of the oceanfront everywhere you turn!

Pelican's Reach is the best of the best in North Topsail beach rentals. The entire neighborhood is focused on family fun at the beach, without all the distractions found at the main public beach strands. The Village of Stump Sound, one of Topsail Island's premier neighborhoods, is an ocean front community with a private community pool and tennis courts.

Ground Level:
Parking for maximum of 4 vehicles: follow posted parking rules.
Community Clubhouse and Pool. Private boardwalk. Outdoor private hot shower. Elevator or Stairs to property Level.

Level 2:
Entry foyer leads to game room. Sofa Sleeper.
Game Room: convertible pool or ping pong table. Dartboard. Slider Doors to oceanfront porch.
Bunk Room: 2 twin over twin bunk beds, rattan chest of drawer, Smart TV.
Jack N Jill bathroom fully renovated with custom tile shower, twin vanity.
Queen Guest Room: TV, Closet, Ensuite Porch with Swing
Guest Room with 2 twins: dresser & mirror, Sliders to oceanfront porch.
Guest Bathroom with quartz counters, bathtub with custom tile shower.

Level 3:
Great Room with floor to ceiling oceanfront windows. Sectional, 2 swivel side chairs, large screen Smart TV, chaise lounge, electric fireplace. Books and boardgames.
Dining Room: traditional dining table seats 8, hutch.
Kitchen: Electric range, Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, double sink with pull spray faucet. Fully equipped for cooking and meals for 10.
Half Bath.
Laundry.
Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, ceiling fan, dresser and mirror, workspace with desk and chair, Smart TV, Slider doors to balcony, ensuite bath.
Primary Ensuite Bath: quarts countertops. Single vanity with extra counter space, toilet.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Return guests from previous years please call Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City to make exceptions.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

"Beautiful vacation rental, everything you could possible need was there. Beach view just awesome, quiet beach location with wonderful sand and gentle waves. Community pool just steps away. Kristen at the property management company was so very helpful and made an excellent recommendation for our family. Hope to stay there again soon.

"Great time with the family. The elevator is a "big plus" since there are a lot of stairs and the kitchen, main, and living room are on the top floor. The game room was great for the grandkids. The ocean view is spectacular!!!

"This was a perfect place to enjoy some family time. Sitting on the deck watching the waves felt like you were right down on the beach. Furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was well equipped and organized. Hesitate to recommend only because we want to rent again and don't want it to be taken!

"This house was perfect for our family vacation, everyone had a great time. The beach was perfect, the water was perfect, the house was perfect. If there was one negative thing I could say, it would be to add a larger table (fold up table) for outdoor meals. We did enjoy time at the bar height table, it was perfect. We had all meals at the house, why pay to sit indoor when you can have a perfect lunch or dinner with a perfect view. We did purchase from local stores and restaurants, (We always support small businesses) we ordered several meals and took it back to the house. :D We cannot wait to do this again. Thank you!
