Coral Reef is the perfect option for your annual family vacation, providing accommodations for up to 12 guests. From the spacious decks to the generously-sized kitchen and living room, your family will make memories for years to come in this recently updated oceanfront beach home!
On the entry level, you’ll find a queen bedroom with private door access to the first-floor deck. A full hall bathroom with stand-up shower and separate laundry room including a stacked washer/dryer are also featured, as well as access to the garage and a common door to the deck. The first-level deck includes a large outdoor shower and stairs connecting to the main deck.
The second and main level boasts an open floor-plan ideal for large family gatherings. Plenty of natural lighting and ocean views are displayed throughout the kitchen, dining, living room, den, and spacious deck. The kitchen is fully-equipped to take on sizable family meals with the added luxury of a built-in wine cooler. You’ll also find a half bath on this floor, in addition to a bedroom nestled in the corner facing the living room TV. This room includes a full/twin bunk bed and private bathroom with stand-up shower. A twin sleeper sofa also lies next to the decorative fireplace.
The appeal continues to the final and third level of the home, complete with a media center and oceanfront deck. Here you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen TV! The master bedroom is furnished with a lavish king-sized bed and access to the oceanfront deck. The master’s lush, private bath includes both a stand-up shower and jetted tub. On the other side of the media center lies the other two bedrooms separated by a full hall bathroom. The oceanside bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and access to the deck. In the final bedroom, you’ll find two single beds.
Outside, guests are encouraged to utilize the gas grill and beach chairs! Private beach walkway is accessible from the first and second-level decks. Parking for three is provided – one in the garage and two in the driveway. Other notable features include wi-fi and cable TV access throughout, and a home sound system. Furniture and décor have been updated as of Winter 2018!
