Ocean Dunes 2008 is designed with openness and sunlight in mind. As soon as you walk through the front door you’re blessed with direct views of the ocean. After passing the first bedroom, you enter the main living space that boasts an updated kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable and ample seating that looks out to the spacious back patio. Off of the short hallway are two additional bedrooms. On the west side of the hallway is the second guest bedroom. On the east side is the ocean front master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private access to the deck.
This end-unit condo is a great choice for small and large groups alike. If you need more than 3 space you can also rent out Ocean Dunes 2007 which is directly below this unit. Additionally, you can book Ocean Dunes 2006 or Ocean Dunes 2003 which are on either side of this property.
If you’re looking for more outdoor activities then you’re in luck. You can walk outside and explore the only coquina rock outcropping in North Carolina. Then you can visit the Ft. Fisher Civil War site or NC Aquarium at FT. Fisher that are only minutes away.
In addition to this amazing property, you have access to resort-like amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, picnic areas, and multiple beach accesses.
Here at the Ocean Dunes Properties You’ll likely have an opportunity to witness the interesting aquatic phenomena of coquina rocks on the shoreline, especially evident at low tide in this area. These mounds of seashell and limestone form tiny pools and puddles of water, great for wading or lounging in your beach chair. Approach green coquina rocks with caution, those beauties are slippery business! This is a rare sight, specific to this area of Pleasure Island, so enjoy!
