Positioned close to the ocean, just six short blocks to sand a surf – a straight shot down Ocean Avenue. Four bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, and three bathrooms make it spacious enough to accommodate ten guests and offers a variety of attractive features!A breezy front porch greets you toward the main level on the second floor. Inside you’ll find an open dining space and living room with Bose surround sound and large flat screen TV atop a decorative fireplace and mantle. The kitchen features a walk-in pantry and plenty of cabinet space to settle in for a week (or more!) of family meals and gatherings. Granite countertops and tile backsplash adorn the kitchen along with matching stainless-steel appliances. Free WiFi access is provided throughout the home.
Towards the back of the house, also on the main/second level lies a queen bedroom with large flat screen TV, cable, and walk-in closet. At the farthest point sits a hall bathroom with updated tile shower/tub combo.
Follow the stairs to the top/third floor to reach the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is located toward the front of the house, facing the street. This expansive space boasts a large king-sized bed, private balcony, large flat screen TV with cable access, and a walk-in closet. Experience ultimate luxury in the master bath with triple showerheads – stationary, handheld, and rain showerheads! Also includes a double vanity and private, enclosed restroom.
The two remaining rooms on the top/third floor share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and enclosed shower and restroom – an ideal setup for busy mornings! A queen bed is featured in one of the rooms with a flat screen Smart/Roku TV. Two single beds are provided in the other bedroom. A hall linen closet is also included on this level.
Traveling back down the stairs, all the way to the first level lies the laundry room and two expansive garage spaces. Outside, guests will find plenty of room for additional parking (two garage spaces and two outdoor spaces), an outdoor shower, back patio and gas grill!
