Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled in this North Topsail Beach condo filled with natural light. This pleasant vacation home emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and openness within a space. When it comes to furniture, the minimal style focuses on clean lines, neutral textiles with flashes of tropical color, and clutter-free, multipurpose pieces.

Experience the unrivaled amenities of Topsail Dunes Villas oceanfront condominium complex in North Topsail Beach, NC. Our resort community encompasses three oceanfront buildings. Every Vacationer can use the oceanfront swimming pool, playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe court, cornhole boards, and grilling area.

Ground Level: Grills and a picnic pavilion are for guest use and there is even a playground for children. Each unit receives parking passes for 2 vehicles. Elevator or Stairs to Property Level.

Property Level: We are a one story condo on the first floor of building 3.
Kitchen: solid surface countertops, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
Dining: dining table seating 4.
Living Room: modular sofa sleeper, banana leaf ceiling fan, natural wood side chair, Desk and chair, wall mount TV
Private Balcony: ocean view, accessed from living room or primary bedroom suite, outdoor seating.
Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, chest of drawers, leather swivel chair.
Primary Ensuite Bath: custom tile step-in shower, single quartz top vanity, toilet.
Guest Bedroom: twin over full bunkbed
Guest Bath: bathtub and tiled shower, vanity with single quartz sink, toilet.
Laundry Closet: stacked washer dryer

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. "I recently stayed at VillaZ for 12 days. My experience was that of peace, quiet and relaxation. The rental was easily accessible upon arrival through the keypad. The interior is extremely comfortable, great amenities, and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Being a short 1 min walk from the front door to having my feet were in the sand was the highlight of my stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Being able to sit, see the ocean and enjoy my morning coffee. Each night I slept comfortably in the master bedroom and could hear the waves upon shore. The apartment is located 15 minutes from town. So I stopped at the grocery store on my way in. I also was able to get some groceries delivered from the local grocery store. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and get away from it all, or a place for a quiet family beach vacation. This is the place for you. I definitely recommend and will be back!
