What an amazing bargain for this large family North Topsail beach rental with brand new decks, ready to host your North Carolina beach memories. Located in a quiet residential area - yet, only a quick drive or bike ride to all the shops and restaurants that make up Surf City. Wall to wall oceanfront windows from your living room and a wide oceanfront sun deck make this the ultimate family beachfront vacation home. This home is logically laid out, with Mom and Dad on the entry level, and six guest bedrooms on the top floor. Two of those are for special guests, with private oceanfront balconies! The midlevel is where the whole family can come together after a swim in the waves, with easy to clean LVP flooring throughout, and plenty of comfortable seating inviting lively conversations or curling up with a book. The Black Pearl is situated directly in front of the beachfront Ocean City Jazz Festival tent, so be prepared for a front row seat for Jazz and festivities during July 4th week!

Kitchen: breakfast table seating 4, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sinks, fully equipped for making meals at home.
Dining room: traditional solid wood dining table and leather chairs seats 8, ceiling fan.
Shared Hallway Bath: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "Check in was super easy with texts and emails. The property was in a fantastic location directly on the beach and very private even though it has public access. The two queen balcony rooms upstairs were spacious as we watched the sunrise and sunset in bed when we wanted to. The other two upstairs queen rooms behind the queen balcony rooms were just large enough for a bed and shared a jack and jill bathroom with the balcony rooms (one of our least favorite layouts of the house)The two back bunk rooms were only big enough for the beds.The downstairs king room was fairly large but it was behind the living room and beside the kitchen with no view of the beach. .Only one sliding door worked and leaked water at least a foot in to the room. (Property management said they were working on it)It was nice having a washer and dryer. The outside shower was nice but i wouldn't let kids operate it alone, too finicky. Overall we were happy with our stay!

"We recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience. Tammy, the on call concierge , was incredibly responsive and attentive to any concerns we had, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. For future guests, it’s helpful to know that the two bathrooms upstairs are Jack and Jill style, meaning you’ll need to walk through a bedroom to access them. Despite these inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay, and Tammy’s attentiveness truly made a difference in ensuring our comfort.
