Ocean view warp around porch: Astroturf and outdoor carpet, gas grill, outdoor dining, generous seating options, lounges, ceiling fans, plus a private sun deck on the tree-lined side of house.
Kitchen & Dining: huge kitchen with center island, Corian sinks and counters, breakfast table seating 2-4, ocean view formal dining table seating 8-10, dry bar. Fully equipped for cooking meals at home.
Shared hallway bath with hand painted mural.
Washer and Dryer.
Primary King Suite: king bed, swivel soft side chairs, dresser, TV, His and Hers separate closets with built in storage, massive ensuite bathroom with garden tub, shower, dressing table, sink vanity, toilet. Slider doors to private balcony with outdoor seating.
King Guest Suite: king bed, TV, ensuite bath with tub and shower, single vanity with makeup counter, toilet. Slider doors to side porch with a view of Lollipop Bay.
Queen Guest Bedroom: queen bed, double closet, ceiling fan.

Linens:
Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, a kitchen towel, and a dish sponge provided. (Guests will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm.
Check Out is by 10:00 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Public Parking may be limited during the summer months.
Our beach towns are very accessible and family-friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended for beach accessories.

"This property was perfect for our semi-annual family beach vacation. The section of Wrightsville Beach that we had direct access to was very quiet and the beach was really wide. The home was well equipped with beach chairs, etc. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations.

"Solita is a very nice property! The kitchen is amazing and they really furnish anything that you would want or need! The beach is very close with a private access path. The ground floor area is perfect for a family with kids or anyone who needs some separation space. Highly recommend!

"This place is very spacious. It worked well for our group of 3 couples plus local guests. We served a Top Sail Steamer dinner for nine in the kitchen/dining area and all the space was great. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the spacious upstairs deck as well as the lower level hammocks. The walk to the beach takes just a couple minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood, with some street noise from cars on busy evenings. We did not use the downstairs bedrooms, but it looked like each had separate cooling. We did enjoy the ping pong table located in the garage.
