Just one block to the oceanfront and beach access, you will find yourself in a quiet, family focused neighborhood far away from any public crowds. The beach is pristine here, and you can spend your days running back and forth from the house as much as you want because it is so close. A spectacular sunset view of the sound awaits you from the huge covered porch in your roomy master suite. Sunset views from the dining table and living room porch will be the highlight of your vacation. Four bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom create sleep-time comforts. A great room holds a gathering space to create family beach memories year after year. With easy to clean Pergo floors and plantation blinds throughout, you are sure to feel casual and comfy for the whole beach vacation!

Ground Level:
Grassy yard, Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, covered parking for 2-4 vehicles, space for 2-4 more cars in private driveway, size dependent. Boat trailers are allowed here, but please stay off the grass.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, swivel side chairs, Double ceiling fans, Roku TV. Small dog bed.
Kitchen/Dining: Dining Table for 8, Kitchen Island seating for 3. Double stainless sinks with pull spray faucet. Granite countertops, Side by side refrigerator, Dishwasher, electric glass top range, microwave, kitchen fully equipped to cook and serve meals for 11.

If you Opt-In for linen service, Sheets and Towels will be provided by a professional linen service in sealed sanitary packages which will be laying on the top of the bedspread.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Call to add pet fee.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "This house was AWESOME! Tons of seating for our party and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were SO comfy! This house was so clean when we arrived and our linens (from Mom and Me) were perfect. Great location as well, with ocean and inlet views. Gorgeous sunsets! Elevator was so helpful too. I highly recommend this home!
