Just one block to the oceanfront and beach access, you will find yourself in a quiet, family focused neighborhood far away from any public crowds. The beach is pristine here, and you can spend your days running back and forth from the house as much as you want because it is so close. A spectacular sunset view of the sound awaits you from the huge covered porch in your roomy master suite. Sunset views from the dining table and living room porch will be the highlight of your vacation. Four bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom create sleep-time comforts. A great room holds a gathering space to create family beach memories year after year. With easy to clean Pergo floors and plantation blinds throughout, you are sure to feel casual and comfy for the whole beach vacation!

Ground Level:
Grassy yard, Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, covered parking for 2-4 vehicles, space for 2-4 more cars in private driveway, size dependent. Boat trailers are allowed here, but please stay off the grass.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, swivel side chairs, Double ceiling fans, Roku TV. Small dog bed.
Kitchen/Dining: Dining Table for 8, Kitchen Island seating for 3. Double stainless sinks with pull spray faucet. Granite countertops, Side by side refrigerator, Dishwasher, electric glass top range, microwave, kitchen fully equipped to cook and serve meals for 11.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. First pet is included in the rental price.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island:
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rogers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

"This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the place and the beach. Coffee Joy right downstairs had the best coffee around. Aarrr Pirate Bar & Grill had good food right in the next building too. This unit had all the amenities we needed and was comfy and clean. We will stay here again!

"The house was in a great location and we loved the short walk to the beach and produce stand. It was not that busy around the beach access right around the house, which was great! They provided a baby gate for the stairs which was very helpful and a blanket so our dogs could lay on the couch. The only reason we didn’t do 5 stars is the house could use some general maintenance. Very happy with the flexible dog policy.

"This house was AWESOME! Tons of seating for our party and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were SO comfy! This house was so clean when we arrived and our linens (from Mom and Me) were perfect. Great location as well, with ocean and inlet views. Gorgeous sunsets! Elevator was so helpful too. I highly recommend this home!
