Oceanfront beach duplex nestled into the dunes. Enjoy the sea oats waving by your oceanfront porch as you stroll out to an unobstructed oceanfront view. Sea-clusion South is secluded from the outside stresses of the world, but it is ready to Include you in a perfect Surf City beach vacation! You are renting one side of an Oceanfront Double Duplex. If you wish to rent the entire house, please reach out to Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City to add the other side, too! Comfortable, classic furnishings and easy to clean LVP flooring throughout this tastefully decorated home make this a family friendly beach vacation rental. Full lite gliding door walls open the living room entirely up to the beach! Thoughtful upgrades like custom tile work and upgraded stainless fixtures will have you feeling luxurious at an affordable price.

Ground Level: We are a one story home on pilings. The oceanfront side of house has easy access to the beach: only a few steps from the sand up to the oceanside porch. Private Boardwalk to the beach with sand shower. Extra storage for surfboards, washer and dryer under house is shared with other side. Stairwell from driveway up to Level 2 Porch.

Oceanfront Porch: wraps the side of house with side entrance or sliders from the oceanfront decking into living area, outdoor dining table, extra seating.
Living Room: full lite doors to oceanfront porch, sofa, soft side chairs, ceiling fan, credenza, smart TV.
Dining Area: dining table seating 6.
Kitchen: Full-lite sliding doors to oceanfront deck, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, stainless farmhouse sink with pull spray tall pot faucet, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic tile backsplash.
Bedroom 1: two twin beds, chest of drawers, TV.
Guest Bathroom bathtub with grab bar, tile walls, single vanity, toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Primary Bedroom Suite with King bed, upholstered foot board storage bench, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Primary Ensuite Bath: custom tile step-in shower, slimline ceramic sink, toilet.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. The first dog fee is included in your rent. Additional dogs may be added with restrictions and extra charges.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "4 Star review - Can’t beat the location! Beautiful view and a lot of privacy. Keyless entry is very handy. Layout is nice, doesn’t feel cramped. Door to the ocean does stick a bit, but once you get the hang of it, it’s only a very minor inconvenience. Laundry room under the house has beach toys, extra chairs and a grill.

"A complete and good set of directions for the use of the television and cable service is needed. Spectrum operates significantly different than Verizon, Direct or Dish providers for CBL.
