Oceanfront beach duplex nestled into the dunes. Enjoy the sea oats waving by your oceanfront porch as you stroll out to an unobstructed oceanfront view. Sea-clusion North is secluded from the outside stresses of the world, but it is ready to Include you in a perfect Surf City beach vacation! You are renting one side of an Oceanfront Double Duplex. If you wish to rent the entire house, please reach out to Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City to add the other side, too! Comfortable, classic furnishings and easy to clean LVP flooring throughout this tastefully decorated home make this a family friendly beach vacation rental. Full lite gliding door walls open the living room entirely up to the beach! Thoughtful upgrades like custom tile work and upgraded stainless fixtures will have you feeling luxurious at an affordable price.

Ground Level: We are a one story home on pilings. The oceanfront side of house has easy access to the beach: only a few steps from the sand up to the oceanside porch. Private Boardwalk to the beach with sand shower. Extra storage for surfboards, washer and dryer under house is shared with other side. Stairwell from driveway up to Level 2 Porch.

Oceanfront Porch: wraps the side of house with side entrance or sliders from the oceanfront decking into living area, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, side seating.
Living Room: full lite doors to oceanfront porch, sofa, soft side chairs, ceiling fan.
Dining Area: dining table seating 6.
Kitchen: Full-lite sliding doors to oceanfront deck, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, stainless farmhouse sink with pull spray tall pot faucet, refrigerator/freezer, custom tile backsplash.
Bedroom 1: Twin day bed with twin trundle, desk and chair,
Guest Bathroom bathtub with grab bar, tile walls, single vanity, toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Primary Bedroom with King bed, upholstered foot board storage bench, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Hallway Bath: custom tile step-in shower, slimline ceramic sink, toilet.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. The first dog is included in your rent. Additional dogs may be added with restrictions and additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. "Perfect location. On ocean Avenue. On the beach. Again perfect. ❤️ Note: property is a duplex dividing the deck in half by wooden slats. Only one bathroom is usable. The other has the better shower but your legs don’t fit facing front for toilet needs. So full bathrooms is a bit if a stretch. It was great for 4 people who really like one another. 😊

"You just can't beat the location! this is the only property you will ever find that lets you walk directly onto the beach without climbing any steps!! Wow. And what a great beach! So flat, so wide, with no undertow even with high winds, and no crowds. Dogs allowed, too! Good biking on smaller roads. The property was very modernized, clean, and cozy. All appliances worked well, including A/C! It was great having a king-size bed for me and my wife. Showers with power and plenty of hot water!

"This was an awesome location and such a nice property. The only bad thing to say is one of the bathrooms is quite small but it really wasnt that big of a deal. Everything is close by and being right on the beach makes everything great. Next time I am going for both sides and bring all my family.

"4 STAR REVIEW - Comfortable and cozy! The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay. The living room could use extra seating. As it is, only 4 people can sit in there at one time without having to be seated at the dining table.

"Always enjoy Fall at Topsail. Lovely little duplex with excellent beach access. Love the ability to open most of the living room wall to the deck. Few minor quirks but vastly outweighed by all the positives.
