Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, relax on the patio or balcony, and take advantage of outdoor seating. Peek a boo ocean views from both the kitchen porch and the front porch give you a taste of the sea air and show you how close you are to the surf! Located just steps from the beach, you'll have easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and watersports. With features like a game room, ping pong table, and hot tub, there's something for everyone. Experience the charm of Surf City and create unforgettable memories at 'Sea Why.'

Ground Level:
Private Free Parking for up to 8 vehicles, size dependent. Gravel parking pad.
3 Outdoor showers, grassy yard. Gas grill; use on your own recognizance.
Ground Level Entrance to Bonus Room: Twin over twin bunkbed, TV, ceiling fan, ping pong table, books and games, full bathroom.

Level 2: We are a one story home on pilings.
Oceanside Entrance: Covered Porch with outdoor seating. Peek-a-boo Ocean View
Living Room: huge sectional sofa with cocktail ottoman, gas log fireplace, Smart TV, ceiling fan.
Kitchen: dining banquette table seats 10, kitchen counter seating for 4, granite countertops, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, oversize stainless steel sink with pull spray faucet, fully equipped for cooking meals at home.
Laundry Room with washer and dryer.
Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, 2 large dressers, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan. Door to Screen Porch.
Primary Ensuite Bath: garden tub with jets, low threshold stand up shower, double vanity, toilet.
Screened In Porch: Access from level 2 bedrooms or outside stairs, screened in sitting area. Hot tub, sand shower.
Guest Bedroom: queen bed, shared access to screen porch, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, chest and dresser.
Shared Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower with spray wand, single vanity, toilet.
Guest Bedroom: queen bed, dresser, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access: self check in with electronic code.

House Rules:
- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
