No problem – we offer a 3-night minimum stay, perfect for a quick escape or long weekend. Step inside and feel instantly at home. The spacious open-concept kitchen features modern appliances to whip up your favorite meals or snacks for the beach. Gather in the cozy living room for movie nights and streaming with Netflix, HBO, and more. After a full day of fun, everyone can relax in their own space, with a variety of comfy sleeping options for 8 people - including a roll-out single bed for extra guest. With must-have amenities like WiFi, central AC, laundry room, and a peaceful single-level layout, Salty Seacret makes vacationing effortless and enjoyable. Ground Level: We are a one story home on ground level with only 2 steps to enter the house.
Plenty of private, covered parking and a large drive pad 4 vehicles or a boat and trailer, no problem. Ground Level concrete covered patios, front and back. 5 piece outdoor seating vignette in shaded, patio.

Parking: 6 cars, size dependent. Boat trailers are allowed.

Linens: Save money! Ask about a discount if you want to bring your sheets and towels. If linen service is selected, they will be wrapped in sanitary packaging and laying on the bedspread.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
*Electronic entry. You will be provided a code before check-in.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
