Every beach vacation is a holiday to love at Loves Holiday! This ultimate water escape in the heart of Topsail Island is situated on a narrow strip between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean and boasts water views from every porch and window of the home. Running to the beach is a snap just a few steps from the front yard! Family friendly, and you can even bring your dog!

Ground Level:
Parking for 6 vehicles, size dependent. Juice Box Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Private outdoor cold shower. Beach equipment to share with guest. Elevator to all levels. Stairwell to Side Entrance. All new exterior lighting installed in spring of 2025.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).
Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.
For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.

"The overall location to the beach is great! We were able to walk to the beach and back easily with 4 kids all ages 8 and under. Overall the layout of the house was very conducive to our stay. The elevator was also a great addition.

"When I tell you, this beautiful property has made me absolutely fall in love with the beach. This house allows you to wake up the the very smell and sound of the beach because it is three rows back from beach. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from this property. Book it. You will not regret it! Worth every penny!!!

"Love's Holiday on North Topsail, literally less than fifty steps from lawn to sand-is an ideal beach destination. The property has spectacular views of the ocean from its generous east-facing balcony outfitted with raised tables and comfy deck chairs, and a stunning view of the sound from its west-facing balcony, which runs the width of the property. You can feel your body relaxing immediately after you put down your things. And then there's the house-four generous bedrooms and three baths on two floors-accessible by an elevator, a spacious kitchen outfitted to accommodate chefs keen on whipping up everything from toast to espresso and air-fried delicacies. We spent one rainy day in the great room on the uppermost floor, which has access to a balcony on the ocean side and streams of natural light coming through louvered windows on two sides. There is seating at a raised table for six and an adjacent bar with three bar stools. Love's Holiday is graced with stylish and imaginatively curated beach-themed decorations (basketweave placemats, starfish and sea horse-shaped napking rings, hthouse and coral paintings). A series of striking abstract paintings hands over a deep luxurious L-shaped couch luned with pillows-several quilts and even more pillows are at the ready for lounging. Floor and table lamps, night lights and overhead lighting are magically positioned exactly where you might need them. There are ample closets, and the dressers and nightstands are perfectly situated and painted in warm inviting colors that set off the bedrooms. A massive flat-screen television/AV entertainment system set up with every streaming delivery service you can dream of is available. We binge-watched the British costume drama Bridgerton. Fun! Beach toys, surfboard, boogie boards, chairs, and more also are provided in the ground floor storage unit near the outdoor shower. Love's Holiday is a little bit of heaven.
