Large porches on both levels and both sides of the house provide astounding views of the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. This is the beach house for a large family who loves activities, tournaments, and adventure at the beach. Host your own family Olympics with rousing golf, cornhole, and beach volleyball competitions. Don't forget to include watersports; perhaps a triathlon which includes paddleboarding and kayak races in your back yard bay, ocean swimming, and biking to Beach Bums Pizza Bar and Grill as a destination. You just can't beat the water access options at Choose Your Pleasure; your own private boardwalk and dock with direct access to the estuaries of Stump Sound, or a 50 step scamper across the road to the Atlantic Ocean. And the games don't stop outside. A roomy open floor plan invites relaxation in the center while a teenager bonus room on the top floor can host riotous games and the lower level man cave can host a poker tournament.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed!

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

"Great location - loved the serenity at the end of the private pier and easy beach access directly across the street. Our teenage boys loved having access to the poker and foosball/darts rooms and volleyball/badminton court. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. Thank you!

Great house for family

"Great house for our entire family. Something for everyone. Kids loved fishing, netting hanging out on the dock to the sound and it was just across the street from a beach access point. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. We had a couple of things come up, but the issues were handled readily. No fault of anyone. Transformer blew one night at midnight, but the power company was on it within 2 hours. Everyone had a great time, would rent again.

"Our stay at “Choose Your Pleasure” was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness of the property. Every room was spotless, making us feel immediately comfortable and at home. The layout of the house was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living areas. The open-plan kitchen and living room were perfect for gathering with family, while the bedrooms provided cozy and private retreats. My favorite part about this house was its proximity to the ocean. Just across the street from one of the main beach entrances, we enjoyed breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the waves day and night. Another added bonus was the private sand volleyball court in the backyard. It provided endless entertainment for our family, and we loved having such a unique amenity right in our backyard. It was a fantastic way to stay active and bond over friendly competition. Overall, our stay at “Choose Your Pleasure” was absolutely wonderful. The combination of its prime location (for both the sound and the ocean), thoughtful design, and cleanliness made for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

"My family really enjoyed the stay. It was quiet but 10 minutes from anything we might need. House was clean and a big bonus with an elevator. Fishing off the pier was a big highlight... nothing big enough to keep but it was very calming. Previous comment about bringing you own sheets was a godsend. Thank you for letting us bring our dogs. The balconies were great for watching sunset and sunrise. Beach was not crowded..i.e. not touristy. We would def recommend this location. Thanks for letting us stay here for week.

"We live in Wyoming. Our kids and Grandchildren live in central NC. We treat them to a vacation on the beach during Spring or Summer break. There is usually something with a rental that doesn't quite measure up. "Choose your Pleasure" was presented, and it is everything we need! Wonderful place for family and our beloved Lab "Raleigh". The beach access is directly across the street (with an unobstructed view). There is a private dock behind the house to enjoy memorable sunsets. Volleyball court, putting green and foosball! We had plenty of room and the views are unrivaled! We don't want to leave, but we will return!
