Escape to this elegant North Topsail Beach Rental with sweeping ceilings and large sunlit spaces. The best of the best awaits your discriminating taste in this premium North Topsail Beach Rental. Large gracious porches flank the home with comfortable seating and gathering areas for indoor-outdoor living and water views on all sides. Every one of the seven bedroom spaces has an ensuite bathroom entrance. Five private bedrooms are cocooned on the first floor for sleep time quietude. Open Living and Dining share the midlevel with Mom and Dad's room. The kitchen has impeccable quality and equipment for making meals at home. Teenagers will love the game lounge and bunk room on the top level. Nestled into the exclusive Cape Island neighborhood, there is a deeded beach access across the street from the community entrance. You are only a quick walk or ride to the beach, and will have free parking passes for the beach access parking lot if you want to drive over. Every guest is allowed to use the neighborhood marina, subject to posted rules. The individual boat slips are privately owned and not for guest use, but the marina as a whole is a neighborhood common area guests are welcome to enjoy.

Parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles, please adhere to posted parking rules. NO RVs OR Campers Allowed, per HOA rules.
Community pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Two outdoor private hot and cold showers. Shaded patio with picnic table, grill, hammock. Elevator or Stairs.

Level 4:
Teenager Lounge: Twin bunkbed, twin bench bunk, foosball table, air hockey, Smart TV, games. Full bathroom with step in shower. No access via elevator.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first pet is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rogers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

"We had a wonderful stay at Cape Island Escape. We had a large family group of 19, ranging in age from 18 mos. to over 60, plus two small dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone! We all said it's the nicest beach house we've ever stayed in. We would love to be back!

Family reunion on Topsail Island

"We had a wonderful family reunion at this beautiful property. Walking distance to the beach, and very accessible to Wilmington and entertainment. Everybody had their own bedrooms, and the living room and patio areas were large and conducive to everyone being able to visit into the late hours. The movie room was awesome! Great place, and we hope to do this again next year!

Successful Family Beach Week

"Our family comes together for a week at the beach every July. I live locally, but the rest travel…two families from as far as Mobile, AL and Boston, MA. The challenge has always been finding a property big enough to provide a week of comfort for all family members big and small at an affordable rate. We were ALL extremely satisfied with the space the property offered…for time together at meals and during game nights as well as allowing room to spread out and relax alone or in small groups. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The proximity to the beach is easier than we first thought. The younger ones really enjoyed the community pool too. The management company were terrific with communication when we needed anything. We would definitely consider booking again! Thank you for opening your home to us!!

"Great location and property. There was a beach cart on the property, but we rented a golf cart which proved to be invaluable for getting all the people and stuff to the beach. Kids had a great time crabbing off the community dock across the street from the house.
