Welcome to Blue Pearl, our 5-star newly constructed ocean-view townhouse. Everything is premium quality and everything is new! Natural woods, natural light, fashion furnishings, hardwood and sleek tile flooring, and antique bronze fixtures throughout set the stage for an impeccably serene beach vacation. Bring your family to the quiet, dead end of Bowfin Lane. Our house is a luxurious cocoon, yet it overlooks all of the action along the middle beach area known as “Wilmington Beach.” Our premium furnishings, décor, and thoughtful appointments will provide everything you need for a discriminating vacation.
Overlooking the famous Fun Time ice cream and only a side step from Tennessee Beach Access, we are not even a one-block walk to Oceanfront along the white sands between Kure and Carolina Beach. Vinny’s Pizza, Granny’s Country Kitchen, and the famous Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar are within a single-block radius!

Ground Level:
The double-wide driveway pad fits 4 vehicles.
The main entrance on the side of the house has an e-lock. Sidewalk to fully fenced back yard with private, hot and cold outdoor shower. Irrigated grassy lawn. Shaded patio with teak furniture seating 4. Private entrance to ground-level Studio.

Garage game room with epoxy floor with stools, cornhole, plus a ping pong table coming this fall. Roll out gas grill.

The Ground Floor foyer has an elevator to all levels.

Laundry Room with high-capacity washer and dryer. Granite work counter, extra cabinetry for storage.

Primary Suite with King bed. Huge walk-in closet with shelving. Wall-mounted Smart TV. Ceiling Fan. Ensuite Ocean View Porch with teak furniture vignette seating 2, overlooks Fun Time Ice Cream. Ensuite Bathroom with custom tile His N Hers double shower. Transom light in the shower. Double vanity with granite counters. Water closet with toilet.

Great Room: Kitchen with farmhouse sink, pull spray faucet, granite countertops. 5 burner gas Verona Range with vented range hood for serious cooks. Generous cabinetry. Fully equipped for all the cooking you could wish to do at home. Stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer with icemaker.
Dining in the Round seats 6-8.
Living Room with plush furnishings for 6. Wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV. Electric fireplace. Brass art lamps, Ceiling fan.
Oceanview Office with seating for 3.
Covered Living Room Porch with Teak Seating for 4 has a stunning view of the ocean at Tennessee beach access.

Parking: Shared Driveway. Parking on the left side Only. Please do not block the entrance to the right side townhouse, or park in the grass.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Blue Pearl! What an exquisite and clean property. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for home cooking and serving for a small family reunion. Unexpected water view was great! We were all obsessed with the furnishings in this home and craftsmanship in the property. We all (especially the grandparents) greatly appreciated the indoor elevator to get from floors 1 to 3, as well as ample parking for our 3 vehicles. Thank you Sea Coast Properties for such a lovely getaway! We are already planning on revisiting and have been recommending this rental to our friends!
