This delightful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. With its prime location, you'll be close to local shops and attractions, making it ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing getaway. Create lasting memories in this family-friendly haven.

Ground Level: Covered parking plus private driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles, size dependent. Shaded under house area perfect for oyster shucking. Private outdoor hot shower. Just steps to beach access right across the street. Grassy yard. Community swimming pool, community fishing dock on the sound. Entry door to downstairs entry foyer.

Kitchen: natural light, granite counters, side by side refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink with pull spray faucet. Seating for 3 at counter.

Living Room: loads of natural light, queen sofa sleeper, side chairs, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan. Door to wrap around porch.
Oceanview covered porch: outdoor furniture coming soon.

Guest Bedroom Suite: vaulted ceiling, queen bed, dresser & mirror, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan.
Ensuite bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity with quartz top, toilet.
Hallway laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Primary Bedroom Suite: vaulted ceiling, French doors to wrap around sun deck, queen bed, dresser & mirror, ceiling fan.
Ensuite sun deck with ocean view and bay view, outdoor furniture coming soon.
Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, single vanity with quartz top, toilet.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.
