The complex also features tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, a sound front dock, scenic walking trails, charcoal grilling areas, and convenient elevators. Ideally located, you’re just minutes from the restaurants and shops of Atlantic Beach and a short drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.
Ground Level:
Covered parking is for owners only. Parking is allowed for two vehicles with assigned parking passes in the parking lot in front of Building H.
Elevator and Stair access. Luggage carts may be available, but are not guaranteed.
Charcoal grills are located on the side of the building.
Property Level:
Updated kitchen with quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink.
Dining Area: 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Seating for 6-8 at the table.
Living room: Upholstered seating with Smart TV and access to the soundside screened-in balcony with seating for 2.
Primary Bedroom Suite: Queen-size bed, Ensuite bathroom with new tile walk-in shower, Smart TV, ceiling fan, private balcony access.
Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, half bath.
Guest Bedroom: Twin over Double bunk bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan.
Hall Bath: Tub/shower combo.
Parking:
Parking for two cars available in the uncovered parking lot with provided parking passes. Covered parking is for Owners only. Boat and Trailer parking are available in the lot beside the G Building.
Linens:
Sheets and towels will be wrapped in sealed packaging and lying on the ends of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting the House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to Bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Check-in begins at 4 pm and is guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or sororities/fraternities.
No smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent this unit.
Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No Pets Allowed. Per the Island Beach and Racquet Club HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Atlantic Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, golf carts and walking with several lighted cross walks. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Please keep in mind golf carts are not allowed on HWY 58 or the Atlantic Beach Causeway.
